This house is incredible! By far the most luxurious place we have ever stayed and exactly as the pictures show. The details put into the home and all the furnishings and amenities were amazing. The view of the lake is gorgeous and sitting outside was so peaceful. We had one issue with the spa not heating up and the property management sent someone to fix it which was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Easter Getaway

Our Easter getaway was great! Perfect location. Loved that it was fenced in! Pet friendly! Inside is beautiful and outside has great lake views!

Such a great stay!

The house was great! We rented a boat in the marina next-door and had a great time. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The house is gorgeous. The best property managers we’ve ever dealt with!

Very Pleasant

The home is very spacious, technologically updated, and the theater room is wonderful. We love quiet, so this place is definitely a win if you're looking for a peaceful getaway! Would stay again! Also, super clean!

Good location and accommodations

Accessibility is good, water based businesses in the cove so swimming is best saved for the pool which is great. Family enjoyed kayaking the cove and easy access to town and the Club if that’s your interest. House is expansive and well stocked for travelers needs.

Beautiful home. The kids loved the bunk room and the game room and of course the pool. We rented a pontoon boat and could park it at the property boat slip. We had a couple of maintenance issues and the property management company took care right away.

Had a great time staying at Waikiki Cozy Apartment. Love having the food trucks so close and to be able to walk to everything in the Waikiki area. I agree with other guest that said the street noise is loud, but we wear ear plugs so we slept fine. Our host were amazing, always checking in and making sure everything was perfect. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!Jason from Colorado, go Buffs!!!!

Beautiful lake house and great location

We had an amazing family summer lake vacation here. We had 8 but could have easily slept 12. We rented a boat for the weekend and had it docked at the house. Very convenient and close to all the restaurants. The pool was perfect and great for cooling off after a day of boating.

Nice and Clean

Five cousins, a brother , sister and brother & law. Everyone had a great time. Kids enjoyed squirt gun fights in the pool, hot tub sessions, hide & seek, Foosball and ping pong. Thoroughly enjoyed our time on Lake LBJ.

Bachelorette Weekend

The house was immaculate! There were six of us gals (age 30) and it was the perfect place to have a low key bachelorette weekend. We enjoyed playing cards by the pool, kayaking in the lake and sipping wine in the open air entertainment area. Property was near a few restaurants and bars, the LBJ Yacht Club, however a car is definitely needed. 5/5 stars!

Family trip

The house has a great layout and worked perfect for our three families with the three large bedrooms. Kitchen with a large island was great for preparing meals and large dining table was able to seat all 8 of us. Spent the majority of our time either in the pool or hanging out on the patio. We rented a boat which was delivered to the dock at the back of the property. Could not have been easier or more convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for family fun!

The house is perfect for a family stay. Tons of space to spread out with multiple entertainment areas perfect for March Madness viewing! Plenty of seating everywhere. House was very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Ice maker is a huge plus. The ping pong table and outside pool area were huge hits with teens and young adults. Beds were the most comfortable we have ever had on a trip. Don’t miss the taco truck across the road for breakfast tacos and Bayview down the road for dinner on the patio with a nice view of the area and Lake LBJ. Communication with the host was prompt and efficient.

Great vacation!

We stayed the entire week to celebrate my birthday and July 4th. We had a mix of friends and family come visit throughout the week. Everyone commented on how nice the house was. The house is very nice and spacious, with lots of amenities. It was great being right on the water. We rented a boat for a few days and it was nice to just have it in the slip. And when we weren’t on the rented boat, the kids enjoyed kayaking! The pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Everything was perfect! And the mgmt checked on us multiple times throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great vacation!
