Una casa muy cómoda, muy limpia y perfectamente equipada. Las vistas desde la terraza son insuperables, La playa Y los chiringuitos a un paso. Nos ha encantado.

We loved our stay in Marbella. It is a wonderful refuge with stunning views, privacy, and comfort. There are great chiringuitos within walking distance right on the beach. The apartment is clean and the kitchen has everything that you need.

Apartment exactly as listed. Super clean and really well equipped for everything you would need for a holiday. Lovely thoughtful touches from lounger cushions to a chair to enjoy the sea view.What was wonderful was such excellent communication from owner, even arranging for me to be met by a driver who already had the apartment keys…a real help when arriving late evening with a child.Area is gorgeous too, beautiful beaches and wonderful places to eat…we will be back

Verblijf van 6 weken

Een volledig ingericht maar gedateerd beneden appartement direct aan zee. Slecht geïsoleerd. Luidruchtig trappenhuis. Ruime zit en ligplaatsen in tuin en op terras. Prachtig park en zonneweide direct aan zee. Goed restaurant direct naast deur (Life music niet altijd gewenst). TV alleen Spaanse zenders. Tuin helaas onverzorgd. Garage niet te gebruiken buiten hoogseizoen. Goed contact met beheerder Casa Care en de eigenaar. Problemen worden direct opgelost. Sleutelkastje slecht te vinden en onwerkbaar (totaal verroest). Handleidingen moeten up-to-date gehouden worden! Adres was onduidelijk (gemeld is nr. 1) moet zijn 1b want er is ook 1a en 1c. (Vervelend als je aankomt in het donker en niet weet waar je de sleutel in moet steken). Prima wekelijkse housekeeping. Keukengerei ruim aanwezig.

Sehr gut ausgestattetest Appartment mit herrlichem Meerblick

Ein wirklich super ausgestattetes Appartment mit guten Betten und einer bestens ausgestatteten Küche. Die Beschreibung des Appartments stimmt absolut. Auch die Kommunikdation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt. Auch das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Es verdient wirklich eine *****-Bewertung. Wir haben vor wieder einmal dort Ferien zu verbringen.

Tolle Lage- Meer und Pool vor der Tür !

Eine schöne Wohnung in hervorragender Lage - Meerblick, direkter Zugang zum Garten/ Meer über die Terrasse. Geräumige Terrasse/ kurzer Weg durch die gepflegte Anlage zum großen Pool/ kleines Poollokal mit leckerem Essen und netter Bedienung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Traumhaft!

Wir haben einen traumhaften und erholsamen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Sie war sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und fußläufig zum Strand gelegen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Auf der großen Terrasse genossen wir oft den Meerblick. Der wunderschöne Artola Dünenstrand ist mit dem Auto in weniger als zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Nach Marbella ist es auch nicht weit. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe empfanden wir sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar.

Perfect Location

My wife and I stayed here March 1-31, 2024. Stephen is excellent with correspondence replying to our questions promptly. He even assisted in arranging transportation from the Malaga bus station to and from the apartment. The spacious and well-equipped apartment is in an excellent location. The beds are comfortable. The living room and large patio have perfect views of the ocean. The only thing between the apartment and the beach is the lawn. Depending on the tide you can take long walks on the beach. I recommend having a car to explore the area as there are many interesting mountain villages to visit. There is a restaurant next door serving excellent food and they’re several other restaurants a short walk along the beach. A small well stocked grocery store is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Larger markets and other shopping are not far away. The larger community of Marbella is short. 15-minute drive away.

Great stay at beach apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in this lovely beach apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were clean, and the furniture was well maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect right in front of the beach and there’s plenty of restaurants along the beach to choose from. The pool and surrounding areas are kept in a good condition though we didn’t make use of them and instead opted for the beach. Parking was easy right outside the block of apartments. Best feature is the sea view from the massive terrace. The terrace door is quite stiff and difficult to open and close, which I mentioned to the host. Host is very responsive and accommodating.

On the beach

It would be hard to find an apartment closer to the beach than this one. You can go from the terrace to the sea in 1 minute. With a huge terrace, bedrooms and living room with large areas, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and wi-fi, you have everything for a well spent vacation. A little far from the center of Marbella, but... everything else is excellent. I will try to come back to this house if I ever come back to Marbella.

The location was perfect .

We stayed at the pool or on the the beach allday on the evenings we travelled around whith car it was perfect location for us , close to Malaga and really close to Pueblo Mijas and of course to Marbella city and oldtown . A really friendly place to be at , We meet a lot of people and our son ( 4 years) made à lot of New friends by the pool. A really god place for a family we think.

It's a very nice property and great views of the sea. The apartment is very well supplied too. It is right next door to a restaurant and it is not easy to navigate to the beach. There is easy access to the local buses for sightseeing and shopping.

Toller Strandzugang

Für uns lag die Wohnung direkt am Strand ideal. Sie liegt auch an kühleren Wintertagen sehr windgeschützt. Die Wohnung ist auch für 4 Erwachsene gut ausgestattet. Leider hatten wir einen Heizungsdefekt in 2 Räumen. Stephen hat aber wirklich schnell einen Handwerker organisiert und danach hat alles bestens funktioniert. Wir hoffen, eines Tages wiederzukommen.

Phantastische Lage und schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und die Ausstattung ist prima, insbesondere die Küchenutensilien. Bis auf einige Gegenstände war sie auch sauber. Sie ist trotz Beschreibung bei Dunkelheit schwer zu finden, die übernahme und Abgabe der Schlüssel aus einer Box ist katastrophal, da sich die Tasten der Box nur schwer drücken lassen, alles verklemmt und wackelig ist. Das Schloss der Wohnungstür ist kaputt und lässt sich immer nur schwer öffnen, manchmal erst nach 20 Versuchen.
