'Marbella Penthouse apartment' with Sea View, Pool, Wi-Fi, Garden & Terrace

  • Overlooking the sea, this penthouse apartment impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 111 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two en suite bathrooms, accommodating up to four people. The home features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), central air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, satellite TV, and a DVD player. An extra portable futon and a portable single bed in the garage may be added for children upon request.



    Bedroom 1 has one king-size bed, and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for one person. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with garden furniture, four private open terraces with a barbecue (one main barbecue), and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a gated pool open year-round; a pool guard is present only during the summer season.



    Free parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Late check-in is available for an extra fee. Events are not permitted, and guests under 25 years of age are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building. Towels and bed linen are included. We kindly ask guests to book only if certain of their stay to ensure availability for genuine guests. Thank you.

Pros: We have stayed in a number of Los Lagos penthouses. This was the best in terms of comfort and layout. Whilst they all have similar layouts this benefits from open plan kitchen. The lounge was very comfortable and benefitted by good furnishings.

The weather was sunny and warm enough to enjoy tennis at the nearby tennis club Don Carlos. Las Flores is our favorite restaurant, which we can reach with a walk along the beach.

Pros: The apartment is lovely, clean & well equipped. The large terrace has great views and good furniture. The swimming pool is beautiful and very close to the apartment. We visited a few of the nearby beaches, which were all lovely and within 5/10 minutes drive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Pros: A great apartment situated above Santa Maria Golf. The views from the balcony were stunning, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, you can see Gibraltar and Morocco on a good day. Only a 20-30 minute walk to a good range of local restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated and maintained, we had everything we needed. Effective heating for chilly evenings. Spacious, plenty of room for 4 adults. Good communication with the owner.

Pros: This was our 3rd stay at the apartment. It is situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants and overlooks Santa Maria Golf Club. Fantastic views towards Gibraltar and North Africa with stunning sunsets in the evening. The apartment is well equipped and the owner continues to update it, installing a new kitchen and new showers. Secure site with underground parking. Nice neighbourhood, clean, well maintained and peaceful. Communication with the owner is excellent.
