El alojamiento fantástico, con todas las comodidades y la ubicación excepcional. Al lado de la playa y en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de todos los servicios. Reseñar la comunicación y atención de los propietarios. En todo momento estuvieron muy atentos y debido a un problema personal que tuvimos en el último momento, hicieron una excepción. Les estamos muy agradecidos por ello. Ha sido un placer disfrutar de la semana en Elviria y tratar con Vince.

Lovely villa in a great location. Close to the beach and a host of local bars and eating places you really cant go wrong. The villa itself is immaculate and perfect for a family retreat. Would highly recommend both villa and hosts.

Excellent villa and location

The villa was the perfect destination for us to celebrate our 50th birthdays. It was very close to the beach (for some gorgeous morning swims) and some lovely restaurants were within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to visit again in the future.

Top location

We were 3 couples in our 70’s . The villa is just a minutes walk from the beach but we also enjoyed having a pool. It was very clean & very quiet. Vince recommended some restaurants nearby which were excellent. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Villa,Elvira. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Steps from the beach. Some great bars/restaurants on the beach. And the pool at the villa was incredible. Perfect place. Perfect host.

Perfect for small groups

A lovely property with great amenities. We had an issue with hot water but Vince was helpful and it was sorted within 24 hours of our check in. Would recommend arranging heated pool before your stay. Great to have a few games there to use, as well as some pool toys.

Stop looking, this is the one!

This is the perfect property and location. It’s so close to the beautiful beach, you can pop for a quick swim several times a day. Lunches were spent at the beach restaurants a few meters away and evenings spent watching the incredible sunsets at Pepe’s bar, (also a few meters away!) Having a car makes day or frobeach for

Lovely villa with a real home from home feel. Excellent location for the beach and walking distance to a number of very nice restaurants/beach bars. Any issues were quickly rectified by Vince. Would definitely consider returning.

Excellent villa in a great spot

Modern villa with nice pool. Well furnished, comfy beds, great air con. Small criticisms - sunbeds old and saggy, no egg cups, no oven glove, drain smell in upstairs bathroom and bedroom. Small garden. 2 minute walk to beach (we even didi it in bare feet) . Sunshade and beds available to rent on beach. Warm shallow sea. Our car( Ford Galaxy)did not fit in the drive but parking right outside on the street was easy.

Villa Elvera

Nice villa, well laid out and very close to the beach. Easy to get to Marbella old town and marina as well as lots of other towns for day trips. No need for a car if you don't want to drive in the busy traffic as Ubers are readily available. You won't run out of things to do in this part of Spain, we certainly didn't. The air conditioning broke the day before we flew which wasn't great timing but the owner and local management company did the best they could to get it repaired. We made do with portable units in week 1 and it was fixed for week 2. I thought that was very responsive considering the time of year. The beach is great and has a nice bar/restaurant literally 5 mins walk but it stops serving food around 6pm. Lot's of other restaurants nearby to go to and they are all pretty good. Some are really expensive. We paid up to 300 euros for a meal for a family of 4 on more than one occasion. There are some good bars down by the Marbella marina and in Puerto Banus. Beach Club at the end of the road is currently closed but there is another one nearby. The beach is fine sand and safe bathing. Beware the weekend crowds! Sun beds are available but lot's of competition for them. We went to the beach when we wanted a change but only to swim and walked back to the villa to soak up the sun. It's that close. Overall a very enjoyable holiday but save up because this area is dear! Owners were pleasant to deal with and VRBO is a good platform to manage the booking on. I would recommend.

Great Potential but Reality Let it down.

Excellent location and availability of parking inside plot. House perfectly acceptable and fabulous outdoor garden/swimming pool area. Unfortunately a number of things marred our stay. First was the pool heating that we had paid for in advance was not working and only came up to temperature the day before we were leaving. I complained to the owner about this and was refunded. It turned out that this was part of a larger electrical problem which resulted in power tripping causing all outside electricity to go off on a number of occasions. The internet was sporadic requiring frequent re-setting of tv system and our devices. However, the worst problem during the whole working week was the building work next door from early in the morning until late afternoon. This made it very difficult to be outside and relax as there were workmen making lots of noise and overlooking us. On reflection, if we had been aware of the building work before our visit, we would not have booked.

Great location for beach

Lovely property for our family of 4 adults and two children age 7 and 5 who loved the pool and short distance to the beach. Unfortunately, Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 16:00 approximately there was building work overlooking the end of the garden and pool so, lots of noise from cement mixer lorries, power tools with dust and the workers loud music and chatter. On booking we didn't realise that gaining entry to the villa was through a property business that was closed on Saturday so finding the lock box at their premises and returning the key back on our departure. Would be more convenient with a key safe outside the villa. But, thank you we all enjoyed our holiday.

We booked the villa for a weekend away, to use as our base as we explored Marbella and Fuengirola and it did not disappoint. The villa was exceptionally clean and well kept, and the facilities (pool, PlayStation, speakers) were all perfect for us.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche als Familie in der Villa Elvira. Alles war sauber, wir hatten genug Platz und besonders hervorzuheben war die geniale Lage fast direkt am Strand umgeben von netten Strandlokalen. Die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick hat auch für einen Wow-Effekt gesorgt.

Lovely villa, great facilities for family holiday.

My family of 8 adults and 1 baby fully utilized the facilities available enjoyed by everyone. We only wish we had found the Plaza area earlier on in the stay as this has a great range of choice for shops, restaurants and bars. As it was we fed and watered and entertained ourselves at the villa which probably saved us quite a few Euros. All in all a great week was had by all.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa, nicer than the photos, perfect for our family group of 7, with three generations. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Quiet location with the sandy beach on the doorstep and good beach restaurants. We all loved the pool and the outdoor eating area. A car would be useful but buses were easy too. Marbella was really pretty and interested. Communication with the host Vince was amazing, very quick and really helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa.

Family Holiday

We had a fabulous time at this spectacular villa. The photos really do not do it Justice. The local shops, bars and restaurants are a 20 minute walk with only the Lido Beach bar on the door step which does not serve food in the evenings. Ubers are easy to use if you dont fancy the walk. The beach really is at the end of the road !!!. I would highly recommend the villa , location not so sure
