  • Relaxing accomodation with a nice large Garden and Private Swimming pool. Villa is Fully managed by 5 star Heritage Resorts. Reception is open from 8am to 10pm every day. All beddding is provided and property is cleaned once a week. Property is in a quiet village called Marbesa with easy access to the beach. The Village is served by many nice Restaurants and a Supermarket is just 5 minutes walk from the Villa. Marbella Town is a 10 minute drive away.

The pool, garden, BBQ, patio area and table/chairs were all very good.The sun loungers were not adjustable not great. The beds are very cheap, solid mattresses, not comfortable in our opinion. Air conditioning is good, unfortunately the kitchen lacked a good selection of utensils, the fridge is on its way out (not that cold on max) only 4 long drinking glasses.

Piscine au top

Villa conforme aux photos de l’annonce, Emplacement et le quartier est top. La piscine était à une très bonne température et le jardin bien entretenu. La décoration de la villa est un peu à moderniser, la literie est à changer peu confortable, de nouvelles poêle et casseroles serait les bienvenus dans la cuisine et de nouveaux transats autours de la piscine. Il y a une terrasse au premier étage mais dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter car il n’y a ni transat, si chaises et tables. Rapport qualité prix très bonne adresse.

Good location, shame about the villa

Don't normally leave reviews but thought I needed to for this. The security of the villa is very poor and needs to be addressed. We had money and credit cards stolen whilst we were actually in the villa! You can imagine how that feels especially with young children there! The main gate and boundary is completely inadequate. A small garden gate is the only thing stopping anyone walking in off the road which you can't see if you're sat by the pool. It's also means you can't take your eyes off your kids for one second, as they could easily just walk out!! The windows and patio doors are poor and need updating. We had to get a maintenance guy to come out and fix the patio doors as they wouldn't shut properly. This is how the thieves probably got in, but no one is actually sure.....they may have even had a key!! When we reported the theft, the resort staff at reception didn't seem surprised and acted like it was a regular occurrence! The whole villa and it's security needs completely updating to modern standards like most of the other villas in the area. It's a shame because it's a great location with beautiful weather, lovely pool, just let down by the standard of accommodation. Feels like an old rental property and lacks the personal touch.

Theft on Day One

Within two hours of being in the property whilst we were all in the pool cooling off - a thief slipped into the villa via the open patio doors and stole money from a bag in the dining area. There is no gate to secure the garden. After this incident we had to keep the patio door locked whilst in garden. Staff at resort said this is a common occurrence! Having said that - the garden area and pool was a great asset to the property. This is where we spent most of our time. Whilst the villa itself was adequate it is in serious need of updating. The patio doors were tricky to lock. The fridge struggled to keep everything cold even when on full. The pillows and mattress in master bedroom were lumpy and uncomfortable. Barbecue was great but some extra lighting outside would be welcome. We found lots of good local restaurants such as Sinbad, the Beach House and Alberts.

heerlijk verblijf met perfect zwembad in prachtige buurt

Perfect huis en tuin met zwembad in een schitterende villawijk. Alle gemakken in het huis, airco in de slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, mooi terras met zonnescherm en heerlijke ligstoelen in de tuin. Op loopafstand van het strand en winkel. Ik zou geen verbeteringen weten. Zwembad is groter dan het op de foto's lijkt. Ook wij hebben vooral van het zwembad genoten. Tuin perfect onderhouden, ook tijdens ons verblijf. Ondanks veel vakantiegangers is het zeer rustig: we hebben niets van andere gehoord. Malaga goed te bereizen en zeer de moeite waard: mooie stad met kasteel en prachtig nieuw aangelegde boulevard. Huis ligt op 200 m van de snelweg opgang. IN het huis geen wifi, maar op het sleuteladres gratis zeer goede wifi.

Fantastic relaxing villa

Thank you for letting us use your wonderful villa. Marbesa is a beautiful Urbanización, with a beach and fantastic restaurant (simbads) within a fifteen minute walk. A supermercado is a walkable distance too. The villa is spacious, the pool absolutely gorgeous. The gardens are big and the trees provide enough shade if you want to get out of the sun. All in all a lovely place for a quiet relaxing holiday. Just a couple of niggles-there’s no aircon in the living room area, only bedrooms. The password connected us to WiFi but it didn’t work. The mattress and bed in the main bedroom is very uncomfortable and could do with being replaced-a thin lumpy mattress on a metal frame (like a camp bed) And avoid the rep from Heritage resorts (who offer you a free lunch making out it’s part of the holiday/booking-but its a 2 hour sales pitch to sell their apartment timeshare packages!!!!!) Matthew-maybe you could put something about this in your info when collecting keys. But apart from these.....we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Très belle villa !

Belle villa, bien entretenue, très propre et bien équipée. Belle surprise pour la piscine car elle est chauffée, idéal pour plonger le soir ! Pour l'emplacement rien à dire, un supermarché (supercore) se trouve à 5min à pieds, la page la plus proche se trouve à 10min à pieds mais je la déconseille pour les familles avec des enfants en bas age, en effet il s'agit d'une côte avec une mer souvent agitée. Sinon les belles plages de Fuengirola et Marbella se trouvent à 15min en voiture. Bref, excellent séjour, un grand merci à Matthew qui a répondu à toutes nos questions et à toute l'équipe de Heritage Resorts Club pour leur réactivité ! A refaire l'année prochaine.

Spacious, clean and amazing

The open plan living area is superbly laid out, all the bedrooms are a good size with no shortage of storage space. The garden and the pool are secluded but beautifully sunny. The beach is only a short walk away and well worth a visit. Getting about is simple as the villa is only a stone's throw from the A7 and you can easily visit anywhere from Malaga to the East to Gibraltar to the West at will. To be honest we spent most of our time in the pool (1.2m to 2.2m depth) which is fantastic. It took a great deal of effort to prize my wife and 3 children away form the villa at the end of our stay. When I book our next holiday, this will be the first place I check.
