This apartment was the best accommodation we have booked for a holiday. It was immaculate and so spacious, it was so lovely to come back to each evening, to have a shower or a relaxing bath after a long day out exploring. It really does feel like home not being cramped in a tiny cottage, and having everything you could possibly need . I don’t think there’s anything that Lorraine hasn’t thought of? Lovely homely touches everywhere in the apartment, and having the washing machine and airer was a great extra as we travelled light. Location was just perfect, it was so quiet, that the only noise was the seagulls reminding you that you were so close to the sea. Personally I think this apartment is the best one out of the group, as none of them have the balcony looking straight on at the sea, and with full sun. It isn’t even a minute’s walk to cross the road to the beach and was good to see that there was plenty of room on the beach, even though it was the busy double BH week. Location is perfect as the road is right in the town too, so a couple of minute’s walk to all the shops, which are perfect for gifts on any budget, Including Cobble Corner that has a PO and anything else you might have forgotten to bring on your trip. I shopped in most of the them, and ate in the pubs, food and service was brilliant. Short drive to Sainsburys too, not a bad walk either as plenty to see on route. Such a pretty town and we got talking to locals who were so friendly, and offered advice too. We walked miles on the Coastal paths in both directions, also drove to many locations for more walking, we were surrounded by many beautiful places to visit, but my favourite place was visiting St. Michael’s Mount and it was right on the doorstep, it’s absolutely unique and stunning to look at but when you visit, it’s even more beautiful. Parking wasn’t a problem for us we got a space every day we came back. We had the best time ever on our first visit to Cornwall, saw some beautiful places and am sorry to say I’d never heard of Marazion before I started searching for somewhere to stay, but am so glad to have found and visited there, as it’s somewhere I would definitely visit again. Having the great location and such a spotlessly clean and homely apartment to come back to, made our stay just perfect.
