Perfect in every way. Perfect if you want to be in the middle of the keys. Location of condo itself is perfect with feeling very private and literally sreps from the water. Beautiful views. Condo was immaculate and had everything you need. Beautiful ,clean pool also steps away from condo. Couldnt have asked for better

Amazing Week in the Keys!

This trip was booked last minute as our family vacation, and we arrived with no prior knowledge of the Keys. Our week far exceeded anything we could have ever expected. The property is amazing, and we felt like we were at home from the moment we arrived. Heidi and Mike were always available for questions about the area and went out of their way to make us feel welcome in their home. The condo itself is immaculate, and the pictures could not be more accurate. The accommodations are simply beautiful. We enjoyed fishing, the beach, and most of the keys south of Marathon. We took two easy trips to Key West as well. The area has everything you could possibly need, but you could also just stay on the property and enjoy the little slice of paradise it offers. We will come back for sure!

Awesome Home Base!

Exploring the Florida Keys is easy from Marathon! This location and condo was so nice! We enjoyed the peacefulness and views of the water. We met nice people! The price was right and was very cost effective. Thank you.

Wonderful Bay View

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners are very welcoming and communicate well. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the balcony are wonderful and it’s a quiet place to just sit and relax! Don’t hesitate to book!

Absolutely Perfect

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice with absolutely amazing views! Went on two charters while there and caught our share of fish. The kitchen was great and we used it for lots of meals. Lots of staple items needed for basic cooking which was so nice. My so and I brought our own reels and used the fishing rods to fish the docks. We were there every night! Would absolutely go back and highly recommend.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed our time at this property, great view, very relaxing and well appointed condo. Located close to restaurant's and other activities. Middle Key Marathon is a great base for exploring other Keys, short drive to Key West. Don’t miss Sombrero Beach. Would stay here again if back in the Keys.

Great Place for Adventure

We had a great stay here. Loved fishing off the dock. It was a great middle location for us to have quick trips up and down the Keys throughout the week. We were able to see sea turtles, two manatees, lots of fish, a wide variety of natural birds and a couple shark from the unit and doc. Unit was better than expected, and so much wildlife observable from the unit. The owner's were great at communicating, and left lots of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties. This is among the very best of them. Everything was as described, actually even better. Super comfortable and quiet. Every convenience of home waiting for us ready to go. The views are amazing! Fished off the dock and caught Mangrove Snapper and Grunt. Condo is close to local restaurants. I would most definitely stay here again. Just book it!

Amazing location for a Keys vacation!

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay on our first Keys vacation. The view from the porches was amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset every evening. The local host and the owner were very resposive to any issue and recommended lots of places to eat and visit. The local residents were very friendly and helpful. We frequented the dock every evening to fish. We caught many species of fish and was able to keep 3 snapper for supper one night. They were delicious! The condon was very clean and well supplied. The beach towels, chairs, pool toys and fishing gear was a very nice addition. The pool was a nice size and very convenient. The week went quicker than we wanted! We hope to come back again soon!

Paradise in Marathon

We were extremely pleased with this property. Not only was it clean, but the kitchen was well stocked. Location was great and the views were spectacular! They were plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wedding Anniversary

My wife and I stayed at this condo for 1 week last year and had a wonderful time. So much so we decided to come back and spend 2 weeks celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Wonderful views, great fishing from the boat dock and close to several nice restaurants. Thanks again for providing the fishing rods and tackle. Heidi and Mike are wonderful hosts!

The Views! WOW!

House was immaculate. The attention to detail was second to none. Including the little things like night lights that came on automatically, the extra outlets throughout house, and the USB ports in bedrooms didn’t go unnoticed. Comfortable furniture and the bedding was so soft. Love that every switch was labeled so it was easy to figure out. Gracious hosts and local resident Lorraine was very nice.

Home in paradise

The description on this property was very accurate. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. We enjoyed fishing on the docks and caught lots of fish (and released). Kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all those unthinkable things like spices, cooking spray, etc. The start up kit was very helpful. Also, the host gave us some very helpful tips for our trip in, like to secure provisions in Florida City before heading down to the islands, where prices increase. They also labeled everything around the condo for ease of use. The pool was wonderful. Everyone we met in the community was a pleasure and several offered restaurant suggestions or tips for the boys on fishing. We would absolutely recommend staying at this property. Hopefully we will be able to come back again soon! It truly felt like home away from home. Thank you to The Schlueter's for having us!

This location was perfect for what we had planned to do on our vacation. The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need. The sunsets were amazing! First visit to the Keys

Our 17 year old asked to visit the Florida Keys for vacation this summer. We are so glad we picked Marathon for our trip. There are many great restaurants options, a couple of ice-cream options, and moderate drives to do many things along the keys. We were easily able to meet friends for a fishing day, travel to Key West got s day trip, go to Looe Key for snorkeling on the reef, and still enjoy sunsets off of the back balcony. We would definitely recommend this property for your vacation to the Florida Keys.

Lovely Condo

This is a beautiful condo in a picturesque setting. The place is well-maintained and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view of the Gulf from 2 different balconies is spectacular. We spent many pleasant hours watching birds, iguanas and passing boats while reading on the balconies. The grounds are quiet and loaded with pretty flowers. All-in-all, a top class condo. One word of caution for seniors or for those who are physically challenged: the stairs up to the bedroom level are quite steep and have shallow treads, making them a bit challenging if you have any sort of physical limitations or balance issues.
