First of all Gregg is was responsive to any questions and needs. Had a couple of minor issues and it was taken care of immediately. The property is very clean and comfortable. The property has everything you could ask for and has been well thought out by the owner.It is convenient to everything in Marathon. Highly recommended!

We had such a great stay in Marathon! There were six of us, and the house was perfect for our group. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of seating areas for everyone to relax and hang out together.One of the things we loved most was how much there was to do right at the house—darts, cornhole, water games, and more. It made it so easy to enjoy downtime without even leaving. The location was also ideal, with boat ramps just a short drive away, which made getting out on the water super convenient.We really enjoyed having the bikes available and used them a few times during our stay. The only small suggestion would be maybe adding a couple more bikes, as four would have been perfect for our group—but this definitely didn’t take away from our experience.Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, which we always appreciate. Gregg is an amazing host and very easy to work with. One of the biggest highlights for us was that the home is dog-friendly—we were so happy to be able to bring our pups along for the trip!If we had one small suggestion, it would be to provide a bit more of the basic supplies like dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Not a complaint at all—just something that would make things even more convenient, especially when traveling in the Keys.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and plan to absolutely come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well located place in Marathon. Thanks Again Gregg, until next time.

The location is fantastic. The manatees were very cool to watch. Clean, comfortable home with a very nice pool, hot tub, & patio area. We also enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee and dinner.

Family Get Away

This is the second time we have stayed at Mirage Manor. Each time has been a great experience with our host Gregg being very responsive if we had questions. The house has always been clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are family favorites and plenty of dock for two boats. I would highly recommend this location.

Perfect getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this rental! The property exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The pool lighting, combined with the Google Home music system, created the perfect ambiance for relaxing evenings. We also loved having plenty of seating and lounge chairs around the pool to comfortably enjoy the space.One of the highlights for us was being able to bring our boat and head out onto the water at a moment’s notice—such a great perk for anyone who enjoys being on the water! The bikes provided were perfect for exploring the beautiful Keys, and we loved the tropical vibe of the banana trees on the property.The house was very well-equipped, with plenty of cookware and a great grill for preparing meals. The large screened porch was another perfect spot to hang out and enjoy the fresh air. We were especially happy to find the fish station and icemaker—definitely a nice touch for those who want to clean and store their catch of the day.While we didn’t use the kayaks, we appreciated having the option available. The private cul-de-sac location also provided a quiet and peaceful environment, making our stay feel like a true getaway.Overall, this rental had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We highly recommend it!

Amazing stay at an amazing home!

Our family of four absolutely LOVED our stay at Mirage Manor! The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed, but it was everything on the OUTSIDE of the house is where we spent the most of our time. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the screened in deck. The pool and spa are hands down the BEST we've ever had at any house we've ever rented anywhere. The water temperature in both the pool and spa were absolutely PERFECT. Gregg, our host, did not overlook a single detail in creating a fun, welcoming patio and pool atmosphere (our teenaged kids especially loved the colored lighting, it made night swimming so much fun) For our family, hanging out in the backyard goes hand in hand with listening to music and there is a Google speaker to do just that. We were very fortunate to see some manatees in the canal, along with some fish. This was our last big family spring break vacation before our kids finish high school, and this house helped make our vacation PERFECT! Thank you, Gregg, for being such an attentive, accommodating host.

Beautiful Vacation Home

I chose this property because it had a pool, hot tub and was on the canal. It’s a beautiful home in a fantastic location. Private, quiet but a short walk away from the main road through town. About an hour from Key West. Tons to do in the immediate area. We visited Sombrero Beach, the Turtle Hospital (a must do), Key West. Had fantastic pizza from Driftwood Pizza. The property owner was easy to deal with and met each of our needs. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again on a heartbeat. We were visited by a manatee two different days. Lots of fish to view in the canal. Even saw a jellyfish. Husband was visited by an iguana one morning.

best vacation house we ever rented

we had a great time. so did not want to leave. Greg was very helpful very nice and so easy to talk to. we will be back next year but we are going to stay 2 weeks. one week just was not enough.

Great Vacation

We vacation in Marathon every summer with the family and feel this was the best fit for our family that we have found to date. We felt the property was extremely well put together as a vacation rental it has darts, cornhole boards, pool, hot tub, plenty of pool toys for the kids etc. We also thoroughly enjoyed the out door patio for morning and evening meals. The dock space did fit our two 25ft boats perfectly, and its an easy couple minute idle to the gulf and only about 10 minutes from the Atlantic. We will be back !!!

Amazing stay, hassle-free!!!!

Mirage Manor was the perfect week getaway, fun games for the kids and the sleeping arrangements were perfect, pool was the best and jacuzzi even comes with a little bar. Location was perfect and dockage was big only minutes from open ocean. Definitely would stay again!!!

Marathon fishing trip

House was Perfect

Everything was perfect, great house, clean house. Pool is awesome and gave the kids and adults space. Much of the house operates on google, which makes using the home easy. Nothing we would change. This house is a great home, Manitees even came in everyday to Say “Hi” We will be back!

Excellent property

Mirage Manor was the perfect house for our family vacation. Having two king sized beds and two full baths was great. The backyard area on the canal was awesome. The pool and hot tub were just perfect for our family. We also spent lots of time on the screened porch. Greg was very thorough with his communication and was a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic stay!

Gregg property was exactly as pictured. We were two families - 4 adults and 4 kids, aged 7-15 years, spending Christmas in the Keys. The house accommodated us well with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We did cook meals a few nights - plenty of dishes, pots, pans. The kids had a fun time in the pool and hot tub when we weren't out on excursions. I would definitely stay here again!

Marathon Paradise

Nice house with everything you need. Pool and hottub were our favorites! Plenty of outdoor furniture to relax by the pool and huge screened in patio. Outdoor games were a fun bonus too. Nice canal with room for boat and we did see a couple manatees. Spacious parking area. Gregg responded timely to any questions. Great stay!

Great location and kids loved the amenities

We really enjoyed the location and the kids loved the pool and games. Overall the interior living area is a little small and dated but did the trick for us (exterior more than made up for it) and we would be excited to stay here again. Gregg is a great host too and we felt elevated our experience, genuinely wanting us to enjoy the property to the max. Stay here!
