El personal que trabaja en la instalacion, todos son amables, respetuosos y ante cualquier duda, enseguida te atienden y te resuelven cualquier problema, son muy profesionales con su trabajo, al igual de los que trabajan en el Restaurant, es un buen lugar para relajarse.

Lo mostrado en fotografías no es lo que se encuentra cuando se llega, se de abandonado, poco mantenimiento, inseguro, la puerta principal que da acceso al exterior, no tenia cerradura electrónica, el baño con accesorios en mal estado y oxidados, un aire acondicionado de ventana muy ruidoso, solamente el desayuno fue lo único que se rescata

We Absolutely Love our stay here at Rainbow bend resort. The stars were out of this world at night and the Sunrise was absolutely breathtaking.Can’t Wait to come back!

We cannot say enough great things about this place! The location is perfect, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we felt valued and comfortable, the fresh made daily breakfast was great and the waiter was super fun, our place felt more like an apartment than a hotel, the beach area was nicely kept, the kayaks and boats were fun......We could go on and on!

Enjoyed the hot breakfast and the proximity to the water front. The facility has had a lot of use, but it seemed well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Very dirty and not kept up. The restaurant that is there, is not part of the hotel. 2 of the rooms are located under the restaurant that is loud and noisy late, as well as early in the morning. The property is lacking upkeep, and not worth the money per night. We moved to a different hotel our second night.

This was a surprising good value. The buildings were old keys style but the rooms and restaurants was modern and updated. Much larger rooms than expected. Beach was great and very well maintained. Staff was great. Checked on before the office closed and again in the morning. Walls are thin between living rooms but the bedrooms were separated so neighbors didn't wake us. Lots of kayaks and bikes. We were pleasantly surprised the whole time.

The unit (#23) was clean and fresh. It is close to US 1 where you can hear the traffic albeit at a low volume. We got used to it after a while. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. The breakfast was actually quite good but limited -- blueberry pancakes, French toast or eggs with sausage and bacon. My only suggestion to the staff was to open the breakfast earlier (e.g,. 6am) instead of 8am because I noticed a lot of people were up and away for their activities. We had to be at our dive center by 7:30 every morning. But otherwise, I really liked the property especially for the price.

If you are looking for an old-fashioned keys place, this is it! Quaint, small, quiet and with a nice brach area, pool, hot tub and amenities. Beautiful ocean views from our private deck. Free breakfast was truly breakfast, 5 choices made to order. We had use of kayaks and bicycles, with the bike trail across the street. Despite being on the highway, from our deck, pool area and beach area, we did not hear any traffic. The staff texted when our room eas ready, and to check on us throughout our stay. Definitely recommend and would stay again

We had an amazing stay! Our room was right near the pool. We enjoyed having breakfast included with our stay! The waiter was friendly, fantastic and very efficient! The office texted every day to check and see if we needed anything! They were very helpful and friendly!

Very disappointed Do Not stay here, paid $360 to stay at a “resort” that had no WIFI which was suppose to be repaired but was not The door to our room did not lock unless you used the deadbolt, the bottom lock was falling off, could only give us one key because they only had one key to the deadbolt which was the only way to lock the door, but not to worry they said it is a “low crime area” There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, only front room, again paid $360 for the night shameful Expedia won’t be using you again!

Excellent location & beautiful beach. Felt like old school Keys. Very peaceful, quiet & relaxing. Full breakfast was good. The resort itself is a bit worn and tired…needs some TLC and maintenance. Cleaning could be better. Arrived to dirty sheets and lack of hot water. The staff immediately corrected both issues. Very friendly staff. Dinner at the Hideaway Cafe was excellent!!

Pros: Pool, beach area, available kayaks, bicycles. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Nice location in Marathon. Staff checked in every day by text to see if we needed anything. Having a refrigerator was nice. Cons: Old buildings, no central air. One window unit and a 1970's dehumidifier that ran loud and we had to empty constantly. Extremely dated and uncomfortable furniture, bed and pillows. Missing light bulbs, dirty kitchen, hardly anything usable.
