The location is wonderful and the home was clean and welcoming. However, the pool pump and heater were not working well, and required maintenance. This was resolved quickly by the host. However I believe the quality of the pool water was compromised and all three of my kids developed double ear infections, requiring a trip to the urgent care and 10 days of antibiotics. The secondary HVAC system for the 2 smaller bedrooms was not working at all, so no cooling on hot nights and no heat for the 2 day cold snap we had. Also, one of the TVs in the smaller bedroom was no connected to cable or Wi-Fi at all.

Everything was just as pictured in the listing photos. Home was very clean. Everything was in good working order. Layout was good because there are so many different areas to hang out in Location was great! Very private but the beach was just at the end of the block. Our family enjoyed our stay very much.

While we enjoyed the house location and many of the amenities.it was also in need of updating for example we had to go three TVs whether it be the boxed or remotes or TVs itself to get them to work . The pool light didn’t work at all . We bought a hose Y in order to correct a water issue. Cleaning was mess well below acceptable for example popsicle sticks around the pool and dead smelly crabs around the pool also the plates were dirty in the cabinets so we re washed all the plates and silverware .the pool is warped and has soft spots . Really not sure what is happening there . Basically some upkeep and updating needs to be done to justify what the rental charge is.

Marathon Key Family Vacation

Three generations of our family had a great vacation. There was lots to do at the property, and throughout the Keys. We all especially loved the beach just a short walk down the street.

Sombrero Get Away

The property was in a great location! 5 minute walk to the beach! We saw Manatees twice in our backyard! I think the only complaint(s) we had was we were expected to clean the grill, and there was nothing to clean it with… and we were also suppose to start washing our sheets, on the day of departure, and there was no laundry soap. We did utilize every space… which was perfect for 6 adults.

Awesome spot for an extended family vacation!

We booked this property due to it having the exact amenities, location, and reviews on it. The pool and hangout area around the pool were perfect for the kids and adults and there were more than enough things to do and space inside in the mornings/evenings including a pool table. It's a fantastic location, super close to Sombrero Beach and a quick drive to most of the restaurants we frequent while there. The only draw back is that the noseeums were quick heavy during early mornings/evenings. However, it's due to the awesome mangroves that provide privacy and seclusion that we wanted with the kids. Just bring some spray. Otherwise: 11/10 pad. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Great Ammenities

The ammenties were great! There was plenty to do at the house and it was for a wide array of interests. There are plenty of places for people to have space of their own. The home is much older than it appears in the pictures. Some things seem cobbled together, like duct tape holding a bin together in the fridge. Cleanliness was sub-par. Lots of dust, dog hair and food dried on cabinets. The place is due for a deep clean. The owners like to pop in regularly. They don't necessarily disturb the guests, but it is unnerving to have them lurking around, unannounced. Overall, we would stay again, but have a better understanding of what we are walking into.

Wonderful Place for Family

This place had it all! We brought our 4 children ranging 16-27 and this place didn't disappoint. There was something for everyone between swimming, fishing, kayaking, table tennis, pool table, games - you name it! If you want family time, this is the home to stay. While you're at it and have time - swimming with the dolphins was incredible!

Buckeyes Invade Marathon

What a great stay, great location on the canal. We made great use of the kayaks! The Publix just up the street made it super convenient to restock groceries, fun time.

Great stay

We spent a week at the Primecero house with our4 teenagers. The house was excellent. Clean and a great location. Walk to the beach and plenty of outdoor space at the house to keep the kids entertained. We brought our own boat and docked right outside. The house is well stocked and with all the necessities for the stay. Really really really recommend this home. We stay and vacation in the keys a few times a year traveling from south Florida This is one of the best we have stayed in. I almost don’t want to let the secret out.

Best Spring Break

The house is amazing!!! Very clean. Close to everything. We had the best time ever. Swimming and playing pool / ping pong. Fishing off the dock was good. We caught a lot. Overall impressed with the house and cleanliness. The management company was awesome and easy to work with as well. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic Family Time

We really enjoyed the location of this property! We enjoyed scuba diving, dining out, relaxing at home pool side and we made many memories. The property management team was very responsive and friendly! A great vacation spot!

Resort Home

Our stay was awsome, the only negative things I have to say are the main sliding glass door is missing a wheel on the bottom, it is very hard to open and close and should be repaired. Also, the noseeum's are quite prolific and you need to make sure you use bug spray before you do anything outside. But the house, the amenities the neighborhood, the vibe, etc are amazing! We really enjoyed our stay.
