Perfect getaway for the whole family

With five bedrooms and three bathrooms this property was perfect for our needs - since there were eleven of us. The Paradise Cove on the Gulf was a cool, comfortable retreat from the unseasonably warm days at the beach or out on the ocean fishing and boating. The lot and the pool are large for the Keys and the property has a nice, private feel. If you're on the fence, just go ahead and book this one. For those with mobility issues: like many properties in the region -- you must climb stairs to reach the main living space of the home.

Fantastic Property!!

The home was perfect for our family! Easy access to the ocean and gulf with the boat, great fishing right from the dock, and the pool was perfect after a long day of snorkeling!!! Everything was just as presented in the listing! Absolutely loved it!!!

Family Easter in Casa Blanca

Property most suitable for family of 10 ( 3 generations). We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Great outdoor area for family activities. Proximity to the airport was no bother.

Great stay on Marathon!

Stayed there Thanksgiving week with immediate family-6 adults, 6 kids and three dogs! Managed the chaos and had a wonderful time. Beautiful home on the water loaded with sports equipment and all amenities.

Casa Blanca Review

1. 3 out of the 6 bikes were even considered to be usable. The other three were completely broken down, full of rust, underneath the house. 2. The Margarita maker was broken down upon arrival. There was a secondary machine (not listed in the original listing), that also did not work efficiently. 3. One of the biggest amenities for our crew was the large ice maker on site due to the amount of fishing that was going to be done on this trip. The ice maker was in fact present, however, it was not operable and not user-error. 4. Both beds in the single/queen room were nearly intolerable. The first night, the twin mattress nearly fell to the ground after the gal even carefully tried to get into bed, she fell and nearly hit her head on the nightstand. 5. Showerhead in the hall wing leaks around the wall pipe and the shower. Multiple of our guests attempted to use the shower with complications 6. Outdoor floodlights. We did not see these/they did not turn on. Because of this, it was harder to see at nighttime. The lights on the back deck worked fine, as well as the lights underneath the house where the pingpong table is. 7. No lights on the palm trees. We believe these were broken. 8. Large umbrella was laying in the garage space. We didn’t know if it was broken or not but figured that it would already be up. 9. Refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced. 10. Possible problem with the grill. It was hard to even grill out hot dogs. Maybe the propane? A bigger issue? We just wanted to note this. 11. WiFi is EXTREMELY poor. 12. 2 lights in the hall wing bathroom were out at the vanity, along with the back left of the bedroom, the lightbulb was out on the nightstand. 13. Spare bedroom, 2 closet doors not on track, prior to our arrival.

Overall

The property was perfect for our family. Love the TVs in every room. The kitchen needs better pots and pans. I had to buy a cookie sheet. Some of the appliances need replacement. Overall a fabulous property.

Fully Equipped and StunningHouse

House was beautiful and fully equipped, with more than enough room for our group. We enjoyed the beautiful morning and evening views from the balcony as well as inside through the panoramic windows. The pool was amazing to cool off on whether from a day at the beach, fishing on the water, or hiking through the adjacent parks. Multiple fish caught off floating dock and enjoyed paddleboards.
