Wonderful vacation home

The house was just as the pictures, very up to date and perfect for the beach. The property manager was wonderful and promptly answered any questions that I had. The kids loved snorkeling by the steps and dock as well as paddle boarding and kayaking. The dock was perfect for our boat. The sunsets were beautiful!

Marathon Key at its best

We had the pleasure of celebrating Thanksgiving week at this wonderful property. The house is very well appointed in its interior, nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The kids and adults alike really enjoyed the outdoors, especially kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing right off the property. The views are spectacular and we loved spending time around the pool, grilling and watching the sunsets on the gas fire pit area. If you have a boat during the stay even better as you can dock right off the property. Communication with the manager was seamless and he was always available to help with any of our concerns. We had some issues with the outdoor tv and the pool but he truly worked hard to help us get it resolved. Overall we had a memorable week and we are very thankful we could enjoy the beauty of Marathon and the Keys. We would definitely be buoy going back to explore some more of the area. And by the way Sombrero beach is around the corner and Key West only an hour away. Just fantastic!

What a week!

We had such an amazing week. The house is truly beautiful. It has the best views of the gulf and the sunsets by the fire pits were incredible. Dennis was such a great help upon arrival, he showed us the entire house and was beyond helpful. The fishing at night was so exciting, we both were able to catch a Tarpon. We cannot wait to return!!

Beautiful Home

We had the opportunity to stay in the home for two weeks with family and friends. The house is simply beautiful with lots of space inside and out. All bedrooms had comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. We had 10 to 12 folks with us at all times and there was plenty of space . We spent most evenings paddle boarding, swimming, playing ping pong, and watching the Sunset at the fire pit. The location is perfect both for fishing/lobstering as well as shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Dennis was amazing! Anything at all that we needed he was there to help! We will rent the home again

BEWARE OF OWNER! 😑

PLEASE READ!! The home is beautiful & perfect location for boating. We have rented tons of homes in the Keys & are experienced with rental procedures. The PM required us to meet him on property to gain access and tour the property. Not necessary. The home was clean and had mostly everything needed for our 2 week stay. Minus sheet pans,decent pots/pans, & limited kitchen utensils. On the 4th day we returned to a crane barge tied to the front dock- blocking our ocean view. We were not told there was dock work happening & contacted the PM and were told the crane would be gone the next day & the owner claimed he was unaware they were starting work. There is no way a barge shows up without notice! The crane remained blocking our view for 2 days so we reached out again. The PM told us they were going to drive pilings the next AM and then it would be gone. He offered to discount a future stay 20%-what?! This work was disruptive with loud banging all day & barge did not move for 2 MORE days. We asked for a reimbursement & eventually the PM agreed to refund two days stay. Once home we had to remind the PM of the refund-we received much less than stated. He says the owner refunded less because the dock “work” was 1 day!? The owner & PM were inconsiderate of our stay and then deceiving. Would not recommend this rental despite the beautiful home. So many other high end homes in the Keys with great owners & property management!!

Amazing backyard

This was such a fun house. The backyard has everything you need to enjoy the keys in one place. The kids had so much fun in the pool and playing ping pong. We saw amazing sunsets every night while at the fire pit. We had a 32’ boat and the dock and location were great for this. We were allowed to use so many extras like kayaks, paddle boards, etc. The inside is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. We cooked inside and at the outside kitchen and we had everything we needed. We also walked to the grocery store and sandal outlet. We will definitely return to this property because there is no way we can find a better one, and we’ve been renting houses in Marathon for 10+ years.
