Can't say enough great things about this rental. First off the location is amazing with lots of fish and birds nearby with kayaks to explore the area. Couldn't really have asked for a better experience and will consider staying again.

Outstanding home! Had everything needed and more. Pool, hot tub, grill, plenty of space inside. Manatee come to visit! Terrific location with good walking and biking trails. Responsive host. Will be back!!

The location of this property is excellent — close to everything and in a beautiful setting. However, several issues need attention for this home to reach its full potential.The dock bench was not secured and bent backward off its brackets, making it unusable. The end of the dock was also unstable and a bit unsafe.The pool was cloudy during our stay, and all the pool deck chairs were falling apart. All the showers had visible mold, and one of the bedrooms had holes in the wall. The master bathroom had a leaking toilet and a strong urine odor.On a positive note, the upstairs patio/ grill area was very nice and functioned well without any issues. Also the kitchen was clean and functional. With some repairs and maintenance, this place could be truly top tier.

We had a great time in Marathon, FL at Manatee Bay. We rented a 24' boat from Coco's boat rental and spent our days in the Florida Bay and Atlantic, exploring sand bars, fishing, and snorkeling or just cruising. We docked our boat and enjoyed the wildlife we saw on a daily basis from the pier, and it was nice to come back to the pool for a relaxing evening. The house is as represented. I believe it is in the process of being updated. There are no overhead lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the switches do not turn on the lamps. Just a little aggravating and dark in the bedroom when getting dressed. The beds were comfortable. The screened porch was wonderful for our meals and enjoying the scenery without fighting insects. A really nice place to stay and hope to visit again.

Great trip!
Loved our stay! All was clean and comfortable. House had all we needed and husband fished off the dock everyday and went kayaking. Quiet neighborhood- just perfect. Hope to come back again!

Fantastic Location
We enjoyed the dock, porch, and pool very much. Manatees, pelicans, and even a shark were novelties for us as New Englanders! So many cool restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Minor cosmetic issues other reviewers mentioned, but didn't put a damper on our experience in the least. I was anxious about cleanliness, but was happy to see that the house was quite clean. We would 100% stay again!

Could be better
The location itself is nice and close to everything. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially due to the chilly weather we had while there. The A/C worked great. The house definitely could use some TLC- the recliners in the couches don’t work, there is junk sitting under the house that should be removed, tile has chipped off the pool, the fence around the pool is not sturdy, not all wall sockets function, and the plumbing could use some work. Property manager responded quickly to an emergency that occurred. Good price point for marathon but what you pay is what you get.

Thanksgiving 2024
Great location! Plenty of room for all of us. The view of the lagoon was phenomenal. The dock for the boats is great !!! We had a very relaxing week this week. Communication with owner/ property managers was excellent. We will DEFINITELY be booking this property again !!!

Wildlife Hot Spot
We have rented a house in the Keys for 20 or more years! This property had some great features and some not so great features. To start, the kitchen was big and sufficiently stocked, the pool was nice and cool everyday(Which has never been the case in the Keys). There was enough table seating, which is also rare. The dock was nice and fit our 36 foot boat; there was always some sort of wildlife on or under the dock! We had visits from pelicans, seagulls, frigate birds, Swallow tail kites, parrot fish, tarpon, barracuda, and the best was the manatees! The place wasn't cleaned great and the king bed was broken in the middle, we had a few other small issues as well. Everything was handled in a quick and timely manner! There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 bathroom that is split between 2 bedrooms, you share the shower but have your own toliet and sink. Overall I would stay here again!

Great Location
This house was in a perfect location. Directly on the water allowed us to see dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles on a daily basis.
We enjoyed using the kayaks/paddle boards and the pool was a great temperature (nice and warm!)
The few minor issues we had (we couldn't figure out how to work the hottub, and a inside door handle was sticking) were immediately rectified. The property manager (I think his name was Adam) responded quickly and was polite and accommodating.
We had an excellent vacation!
