The hot tub was not working but was informed before hand. The ice maker wasn’t working but ice cube trays were there. The a/c was not functioning properly and took two times over four days to rectify the issue. The washer machine wasn’t functioning correctly, did not go to rinse on its own and only hot water washing. The breakfast table outside was nice but only 3 chairs ? We were 4 guests. Light switches in the back bedroom did not turn anything on or off. The ceiling fans were fine but have to stand on a chair to turn on and off. Property manager was great at getting back to us and trying to rectify all the issues. My opinion was that the property/unit is worn and needs some redoing. One of the dinning room chairs had broken supports. We realize that nothing is perfect/100% but just too many things wrong to really satisfy our expectations.

Everything was pretty nice. I’m surprised that there’s fabric upholstery for the living room furniture. I would think microfiber or fake leather. Something that could be cleaned.

Check-in was a breeze. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to reach out to the management team to get an early entrance-thank you for that. The back patio was comfortable and private. We will 10/10 stay here again.

Communication w property management was terrible. Some how VRBO outsourced w another company so never received any communication. Shower didn’t work day 1 and AC was set to 76 so it was hot. Great location but wouldn’t stay again.

As your checkout letter was thorough, I’ll give a detailed review. Two safety issues: dipping pool was unusable as the railing was extremely loose with broken tiles around the bottom; and master bath soap dish on the wall has been broken/glued, however there are sharp edges. The ice dispenser was broken, kind of something you need in south Florida. The place is surface cleaned, but the carpets need shampooing. We loved the charm of the unit and the location. Marathon is centrally located and has much to offer. We enjoyed our vacation.

Oh my gosh this was probably the best place I've ever stayed. It was clean and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately the dishwasher did not work but that was the only issue we had while we were there and no we did not contact the property manager because we were out more than we were in. When we were there however the iguanas were the HIGHLIGHT of our stay. I can't even tell you how much they made the trip memorable. Everything about this rental went with ease from the beginning to check out. I'm sad they are selling the property because I would probably continue renting this place in the future due to everything; location, the property overall, cleanliness, the iguanas, the beds were comfortable, and it gave us everything we needed!!EVERYTHING was wonderful except the dishwasher.

We used the pull out couch, hadn’t been cleaned. It was clear very light cleaning had been done to the property, bathroom was not up to my standard of cleanliness but most of my friends didn’t mind. Other than that, property was as expected by photos.

Place was clean, location is great, beds are comfortable, unit has more space than some of others in area, design is nicely done, communications about check-in and check-out went smoothly.There was some little things like missing plunger, ice maker leaking (we didn't see sign right away), hot tub appears to have a leak, very little silverware, check out policy is overly strict, dock was inaccessible.The price was on the lower end compared to similar units, we don't come to duck key to sit around in apartment, so this worked out great for us.All in all we had an excellent trip.

Great stay in Duck key

This is a great spot if you’re coming to the keys. The location made it easy for day trips to visit other keys. The communication with the property manager was quick and easy. The location was clean and we enjoyed spending time on the outside patio watching the sunrise. The beds were comfy, the WiFi was fast and we loved being able to stream Netflix and Disney at night. It’s also walking distance to restaurants and the marina. Highly recommend this place for a great getaway!
