Beautiful property with amazing water views. Quick access to the water for boaters with minimal vehicle traffic. Not a location that is a neighborhood but a one way street, very quiet though. The pool and outdoor seating area/kitchen on the first floor were our favorite spot. Property manager was very responsive…we enjoyed the stay very much and would absolutely book again next year.

Great house

House was good, just a few things out of their control. Early morning and day Construction going on at other houses and a terrible smell coming off the ocean/ water that made sitting outside unpleasant. Otherwise, we enjoyed our week!

Excellent vacation home and even better customer service and response time with questions and addressing all needs. Very well equipped house. The only down side to the house design is no bathroom or kitchen sink downstairs. Beautiful views and would definitely stay there again.

Breezy and Beautiful

The house was beautiful and the location ideal! The perfect oasis to enjoy the weather, friends and family!Views are at every level and stunning! Kitchen was welll equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils.The location was quiet and allowed the tranquil breezes to provide a relaxing environment. We will be back!

Best vacation spot!

Property was amazing. Cannot complain about anything. We were supposed to travel with our yacht there, but hit a sandbar in Nc. I broke my back and shoulder blade. Upon our arrival I was greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and get well balloons. Rental company was so amazing. We will definitely come back.

Keys stay

We truly loved the location. A few minor things such as the dishwasher was not cleaning well, the toilet upstairs kept running. I wish they had a sink at the outdoor kitchen area as well as a bathroom. Not sure if having a bathroom ground level is something that can be done with homes in that area. It just is a lot when you have that many people and in and out of the pool etc. we loved the house and stay without question and would do it again.

Beautiful home with fabulous location House was clean and well cared for overal Had great pool and outdoor area Had some maintenance issues that were dealt with in timely manner A bit tricky getting out to deep water but no serious issues Kayak and paddle board should be replaced they are in bad condition

Lovely space for a relaxing vacation

Our family and friends loved staying in this house. The living spaces and bedrooms were perfect for all the kids and adults. Loved how modern and clean the space was. The downstairs area was much enjoyed during our two week stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the evening swims with the downstairs kitchen. We vacationed with our 24 ft boat; one thing to note is how shallow the channel is getting out. The actual channel where the house is fine, but when getting out into the main channel, it gets very shallow (less than 1.5 ft during low tide). Make sure you stay to the side when coming out and then get up on plane immediately in the straight away. After the first couple trips, we figured it out. But definitely something that needs to be learned quickly.

Wonderful time in the Keys

Great time had by three couples. Lots of space in this unit. Excellent pool. Easy to get to upper and lower Keys. We had day trips to both Key West and Islamorada. Would stay here again.

Excellent Home!!!

Beautiful home, and very accurately described in the description! Ground floor had outdoor lounge couches, 4 lounge chairs by the pool, the grill and a lockable room with a kayak, paddle board, extra beach chairs, fishing poles, & pool floaties. Stairs leading up to the 2nd floor had the large kitchen, a bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom, laundry & family room. 3rd floor had master bedroom with a king bed, beautiful bathroom, walk in closet with windows everywhere to take advantage of the view. Another bedroom with a queen bed and spare room with 2 twin beds shared another very nice bathroom. Plenty of windows, natural sunlight & private balconies off each bedroom. Home was stocked with all of the essentials; beach towels, kitchen appliances, and laundry room. It was well equipped, but all arranged so that it was a very clean and modern look. Home was only minutes away from grocery stores, resturants, bait shops & gas stations. Quiet & safe road but close proximity to everything. Beautiful oceanview, on the canal, that had pelicans, iguanas, & manatee to watch. We caught plenty of fish off the canal as well. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!! 🌞🌴

Wonderful waterfront home

This home was beautiful, perfectly situated with a great view of the ocean and easy access for your boat on the canal. We enjoyed sunrises from the master bedroom and balcony and the beautiful skies at sunset. Pool was heated so that we were able to swim in December. The home was exactly as advertised in the pictures, spacious for a group of 8 to 10 with good privacy and balconies. well stocked with nice linens and towels for all. We saw dolphins from our balcony, a manatee came to visit us on our dock. Had a wonderful afternoon snorkeling at Sombrero Reef, which was only about a 30 minute boat ride from the house. Would definitely recommend! Guests need to be prepared for the stairs.
