The refrigerator had a terrible fishy odor. We cleaned it several times but every time it was opened, the house smelled. The outdoir deck furniture was dirty and full of sand and debris. Feel the place could use a little sprucing up. Manager was very nice and friendly but feel a little more attention from cleaning staff would be good. Bath mats needed a good vacuum.

My family and I enjoyed our week in the keys and the accommodations were neat, clean, great communication and a perfect location. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will try to rent again next spring or fall

Check-in was delayed 30 minutes as key code was 30 minutes late texted to us Pool gate rail was broken and young children could access thru the gate rail...was a major security issue for us as a toddler from next door wandered over and entered pool area thru broken rail Unit was in need of maintenance for routine items such as light bulbs, fixtures torn from walls, overhead fan not working master bed, mold around showers doors, curtain rod in living room not attached to wall... Previous renters left recycle can full We did enjoy stay ....

Fun in the sun

Our extended family of 9 stayed at Keys Cove #8 for a week in March. We spent the majority of time on the patio and pool area. Being able to control pool temperature was great. And the view of the gulf was wonderful! House was clean and had everything we needed. Overall space for 9 was tight but manageable. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Would stay again.

Very Nice Property

Very nice property. Just as described. Nice location, and check in and out service was also excellent. The only reason for not giving 5 stars were not major. First, the walls are paper thin. We had 4 couples stay, and could not even talk in a low voice in the bedrooms without being overheard. The other issue was, there was a an envelope prominently placed on the kitchen counter saying gratuities appreciated, however since we really had no daily service - I am not exactly sure what the gratuity was expected to compensate for. Finally, if you are staying during the winter months, because of height of house, and small backyard, there is virtually no sun. This means you need to move to the private beach behind. Not a huge issue, but could not really sit around the pool in the sun like normal.

Family getaway!

My husband and I with three teenagers and my parents stayed here in the #8 waterfront home. We had a fantastic time! The property has so much to offer we loved having our own pool which was heated almost like a hot tub…which was great for December! The community area with kayaks, sand, lounge chairs and a large dock was fantastic. We spend lots of time fishing off the dock and we also rented a boat which was so convenient to pull up right to the property. The location of the house was so convenient in Marathon close to lots of shops and restaurants and we loved being on the water! The house itself was everything it was pictured, very clean, bedrooms comfortable and well-stocked. Jessica accommodated all our needs…She provided a cooler for the beach along with chairs and an umbrella! Gave us fishing poles to use off the dock and in on our boat…..she even accommodated a late check out for us. She was always so quick to respond and I am thankful for that! We highly recommend staying here and we will be back for sure!!!

Fantastic Week in Paradise

WOW!!! The property was clean and absolutely perfect our group (3 couples). Centrally located - close to grocery stores, restaurants, boat rentals/marinas, etc. Also, an easy drive for a day trip to Key West The Gulf views from the deck and the beach area are spectacular. Having a place to dock our rental boat right behind the property was great. Jessieca and her team were great, answering all our questions from the moment we booked up to and through our entire stay. We definitely look forward to a return visit!

Perfect Vacation

Great location,clean and all the amenities that we needed. Gulf views from the 2nd floor deck with the warm weather and mild winds made it all very enjoyable. Jess and her staff were always helpful and very acccomadating.

Awesome trip

My family stayed here for our holiday getaway. We had three families and felt like we had plenty of room. It’s a great and convenient location and the view from #8 Deja Blue was incredible. Would def stay again and am sad to be leaving.

Great quick communication, attentive to details and our needs. Jessieca was very kind. We loved the house and property and hope to go back again! It was clean and Covid friendly, even had signs on the beach to stay 6 feet apart and Lysol chairs, we felt safe and were able to relax with our family.

Great place to stay and keep a boat

We loved the house, the location and the ease of docking a boat there. Short run to seven mile bridge to catch fish. Bait store with in walking distance. If you don't boat the pool and common area were great.

A relaxing NYE trip!

This home far surpassed our expectations. The amenities including private pool, dock, and tiki area made traveling with kids and grandparents easy and entertaining. The location of this property is PERFECT we have been to Marathon several times and this was walking distance ti many of our favorite spots!

Wedding and relaxation

We got married here this weekend and since booking this location month ago I have been in touch with Jessieca the whole time. She has made this experience so wonderful by being available for questions all the time. She brought us a cake as a gift and was so accommodating. The house is exactly like the pictures and left nothing to desire. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 8! Pool was wonderful, very convenient to have full size washer and dryer so it really saves on luggage if you come by plane. Highly recommended and we will be back!!!
