Efficiency bungalow

This place was perfect for the two of us. You step into what feels like a sixties motel room. The bed was comfy, the cooking facilities were minimal but very usable. The outside space was very nice.

Enjoyed our stay

Place was very small. Equipped with almost everything you would need for a short stay. Didn't realize there would be no beach chairs or umbrella to use. Owner was nice and helpful.

Small but comfortable studio rental. Each 8a/8b/8c unit has own picnic table, gas grill, and 2 Adirondack chairs w/ table under the awning/roof. Nice 7sqft fridge/freezer. Water is hot but low pressure. Bed okay but a bit soft. Second pillows are red "pleather" not best for humid climes. no beach towels. pre-check in email never landed but they called back within 5 minutes. Finding the place took verbal direction (its mid way up "1st Street" on (R), right after 'club house' which is a large tiki-shack.

Perfect launching pad for the Lower Keys

Cozy efficiency with just enough amenities for a pleasant stay. Quiet neighborhood on the Atlantic side with peaceful surroundings. Don’t expect much in terms of luxury, but it more than makes up for it in cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend!

Clean property

The bed is very old and uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every conversation from the adjoining units. Not super convenient to get to the pool. On the plus side, the place was very clean and the people in the community are very friendly.

Nice vacation

Weather was perfect. I fished a lot while wife enjoyed the beaches, parks. Location is great, an hour to Key West butterfly exhibit. An hour back up to Key Largo. Hot plate and grills were sufficient for me to cook seafood. We stayed in the smallest unit, but we were only in the room to watch movies at night on the big screen tv which worked fine. A neighbor loaned me a kayak. Great week of relaxation.

Low Key Keys Stay

Nothin fancy, low key, just right. Second time we've stayed here. Hopefully will again. Enjoyed the beautiful sun rises from the jetty, great way to start the day. Enjoyed the pool, great way to end the day.

Perfect Location

Although the unit was small, it was clean and had the things we needed for our stay. The property is nicely situated around the mid-point of the Keys making trips both up and down convenient. Also, the folks living in the adjoining seaside mobile home park were extremely friendly. We would definitely rent again.

Quaint neat place

This was a very nice efficiency. The weather was great 78 to 82. We very much enjoyed our stay. The people that you are living with her very nice. Having the marina right there and the jetty to fish off of was really cool.

8b is a small cozy studio apartment. There is no stove but there is a hot plate and outside there is a grill. The room was clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. There is a nice comfy outside couch. The property has beautiful landscaping and there’s cute iguanas outside everywhere. The pool is very relaxing. Walking out on the jetty for sunrise, sunset, and stargazing in beautiful. This is a very small unit but there is plenty to enjoy and it’s very cozy. If I came back to the keys I would stay here again. The property was very safe and friendly and I felt safe as a woman alone at night.

Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here in the Keys! Very relaxing, great location, nice clean efficiency room. It was everything we needed for our long weekend away. The on-site boat ramp and marina was very convenient because we brought a boat. Everyone we met was very nice!
