Great Property

This property was in a great location. The pool and hot tub were great. The greatest memory we will have is our granddaughter petting a manatee off the back dock. The host was a great communicator. Definately recommend!

Nice big house

The home is big, interior is dated but functional. AC worked the best. Dock is huge. Landscaping is overgrown and too much. There was no breeze because of landscaping, in the evening the mosquitoes were bad (again landscaping). I was unable to see my boat from the windows due to another row of landscaping by the water. Once on property we were informed no dock or spotlights passed 10pm. Propane for the grill was empty upon arrival. Overall, the owner needs a property manager, work has been done and debris has been left from the work. For the cost of this rental, we expected more. Pool table was plus

A fantastic two weeks in the keys

The location was great; walk to the beach, short drive to the grocery store and liquor store. Perfect boating on the canal and out to the ocean. Large bedrooms , nice screened in porch. The pool was a big hit, large and warm, the hot tub was very much enjoyed also . The host and hostess were wonderful and got back to us with any questions we had, which was not many because it all was so perfect. Nice pool and dock. Older house needing some upgrades and minor fixes. Big private yard but has trash in the shrubs and near the dock.

Fantastic Property for a Large Family

This property was perfect for the twelve of us. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the pool table and pool. The boat dock was large and convenient. Elias was very responsive to any questions. Property was very clean and had plenty of parking. Carport freezer was very handy to store ice for the boat. Property was perfect for us. We had a great time and plan to come back.

Annual Family Vacation

We loved our visit to this home. The dock is phenomenal, the pool is extra large and the deck screams relaxation. Loved all the king beds, the landscaping, the covered parking and the canal location was spot on! The home was very clean and Elias (homeowner) was readily available whenever I needed him. While the kitchen wasn't particularly large, there were many areas to spread out in this large home and it worked great for our three families. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Families from North Carolina and Florida.

Great Location and House

Stayed here for a week in May, house was clean and location was great. Easy access to everything by car or boat. Owner was very accommodating and helped with an issue with the cable. Would definitely stay again.

A vacation for all ages!

This space was perfect for our large family. Everyone had plenty of space. Plenty of hot water! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The new dock space made for easy access with our boat and dock fishing for evenings. The kids and grandparents enjoyed the pool table. The owners were very kind and communicative. We will definitely be returning.

Nice house!

Had a great week staying in this house while seeing Marathon for the first time. Elias was super fast with getting back with me by text or calling with any questions or concerns I had. The pool was amazing and the perfect temperature. The house suited our group of 11...6 months to 57. We walked to the beach which was a nice short walk, and we even walked to the publix which was maybe alittle over two miles? but it was a nice day and fun to look around the area by walk. Did have to drive to all the restaurants, but never more than 10 minute drive to the ones we went to.Thank you Elias for the use of your home!

Trip of a lifetime!!

Wow is all I can say!! 10 of us traveled for a friend-cation and the property was absolutely perfect!! Everyone had a comfy space to be alone. But we spent 90% of our time in the pool and hot tub!! We enjoyed Publix grocery and liquor delivery. Took a couple day trips to Key West and enjoyed our friends wedding. The local restaurants rocked!! All in all we loved it and would 💯 stay here again. The owner was always available and so helpful. Recommendation to future visitors and has nothing to do with the owner- the no-see-ums were brutal and several of us got eaten alive. We bought yard spray and that helped. Highly recommend bug spray. Seems like it was mostly early morning and later afternoon. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

Family getaway

Great property with amenities and easy access to the beach, and local attractions. House has a great layout to accommodate a large family and multiple areas for socializing. Easy walk to the beach/park but nice quiet neighborhood. Communications with the Owner were excellent, but some issues with pool and hot tub could be resolved through detailed printed instructions/photos. Went above and beyond to help us resolve our concerns. Smart TV's were a nice plus and WiFi worked great.

Great house and property!

We loved the location and jeez it has a mile of awesome dock! (Not miles, but plenty of space!). We saw many manatee everyday. The pool was awesome ans the landscape was awesome with all dairy’s of various palms and other plants/trees. The house is super clean and large. And the pool table is definitely a plus! Our group of 10 loved our week there!

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Elias is a wonderful host, and this beautiful home is amazing! Great property, the new pool table and the outdoor pool and hot tub provided hours of enjoyment for our whole family. We definitely recommend this vacation home! For those who might have mobility issues, note that this is the Florida Keys, and due to hurricanes/storms, many homes, including this one, require walking up a flight of stairs to get to the main level. This was not an issue for us, but be aware if your party includes elderly, handicapped, or small children. We had a group of 9, from 3 to 69 yrs old, and there was plenty of space to sleep 14 if needed. Everything was clean, and Elias was very communicative both beforehand and during our stay. This home gave us our best family vacation ever, with our young adult daughters and their families all giving it a huge thumbs up!

Fun, Relaxing vacation in awesome accommodations

Very large property with direct access to the Atlantic. Huge dock with plenty of fresh water and lighting. House was perfect for our group of nine (9). Everything worked in the house and the A/C kept it pleasant inside. Great place to enjoy your vacation.

Beautiful spot for fun in the sun

This property was perfect for our group of 10. Clean and spacious. The highlight was the large pool and private outdoor space, along with the jacuzzi. Kitchen was spacious with nice bar with seating. Pool table provided a lot of enjoyment as well. The place offers kayaks but not in the best condition. Make sure you read the house rules regarding the extra charges for heating the pool and the jacuzzi, and the extra charge for Wi-Fi. Although the Wi-Fi is listed under amenities, you have to pay 10.00 a day. The white plastic pool side lounge chairs that are cracked should be removed. Elias , the owner , was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. That aside, a great place to vacation and relax. We all had a great time and made great memories!

Quiet and restful.

Spotless house on canal

Roomy spotless House is within walking distance to Sombrero Beach , has a dock on a canal that quickly leads to Sisters Creek , a pool, hot tub, screened porches . There were kayaks, paddle boards, water toys for us to use . In one week we snorkeled, scuba, kayaked, fished, saw manatee , went on a dolphin experience , spent a day in key west , went commercial fishing . Whew! Grocery store very close. Owners text back quickly or call if you have any questions . Very responsive.Ideal location . Hope to return !

Enjoyable vacation rental

The accommodations were very clean, pool is large and location is quiet at end of cul-de-sac. Just a short walk to Sombrero Beach. Owner was very responsive regarding check-in and answered quickly when we had a question. We were not able to use the jacuzzi as the heater was broken and there are some loose pool pavers that could be a trip hazard. There are plenty of bedrooms for a large party (will sleep 14) and beds are very comfortable; however, the common areas inside would be a bit tight for that many people (we only had 7). The dining table seats 8 but only has 6 chairs and the living room comfortably seats 7. There is plenty of room at the two screened porch patio tables, however. The SUP's worked well, the kayak's are a bit on the smaller side and my daughter's started sinking and had to be hoisted in the air for a half hour over a mangrove limb by a passerby's rope in order for the water to drain, lol! She was fine and had a good story to tell (and pictures) when she got back, but it should be fixed or replaced. Overall, I would recommend this property and with some small improvements it will be even better!

Christmas stay 2021

We had a fabulous week at this property. Our entire family came down and stayed at this house. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 4 kids. The rooms were spacious! The kitchen area was a bit small and needs some updates but we made it work. The pool was great and was large just like in the pictures. During our stay the hot tub was not working so that was a bummer. The owner was very attentive to our needs and responded back very quickly. The location was great for us as we rented a boat. They have an amazing new dock that is long enough for everyone to fish off of. The house is close to all the shops and very close to Sombrero beach.

Great place for a family gathering

This was a great place for our family gathering. We had 11 ranging in age from 6 to 73. The pool table was a big hit and used frequently. The new expanded dock is amazing. The only pinch point is the kitchen which seems small for the size of the house and we had to move the outside porch tables to accommodate all of us for dinner. The pool was great for all and in a very private setting. Elias was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. We would certainly consider a return stay.

Perfect adult getaway

We stayed with 4 of our children and their partners. We enjoyed the pool, pool table, dock for our boat rental and so much more. There are a lot of stairs so I was glad our older generation didn't make it for the trip. I would definitely rent this home again.

Celebration

My family stayed at the property to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday and we have a great time. The property slept everyone and gave everyone enough space to not feel crammed. The property is centrally located and has easy access to the water. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
