This house was perfect for my family of 7. So much to do, clean and spacious, great location. The outside pool area is fantastic. So many amenities. Everything is up to date and modern. Basic essentials are provided, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Smelled clean, no dirty areas. Perfect.

Winter break

We had a wonderful time! Property was perfect for our group. Dock and pool were just right and so fun for boating and fishing! Kitchen was good for cooking. Could use some condiments and basics- salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic. But plenty of pots/dishes. Beds and baths were great. Location was ideal! Manager was very responsive.

Family Keys Trip

This house is one of the best we have rented. I was very impressed with everything that was provided—t. paper, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, bath soap, pool towels and kitchen items. Most rental provide enough for one or two days, but we had enough for a week stay. The house was tastefully furnished, and the pool and tiki hut was a favorite spot for us. It was too hot to ride the bikes, but the kayaks and paddle boards were used. Meredith was great-always answered the phone immediately. The one issue that we had was resolved the same day. I highly recommend this rental.

We loved everything about our stay. We have never been to a vacation rental that is so well appointed. Everything you need or want for a great time in the Keys they had! The bikes were so great, we used them every day! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Perfect week away with the family

This place was the perfect get away for our family. It's close to Sombrero beach but yet close to town. The pool and tiki area were great and having a grill down there made it the perfect hang out. The house was stocked with everything you need and then some. Our family enjoyed having the bikes, paddleboards and kayaks and exploring the island that way as well. If we make it down to Marathon again, we would rebook this property.

Great stay

We had an awesome time staying at this house. There were 10 of us and we all had plenty of room. Meredith was absolutely wonderful to deal with and responded to us right away with everything. We spent so much time in the pool and fishing off of the dock. We even had a manatee come right up to us. The kayaks and paddle boards were great to have as well. The house is in a great location, close to everything. When we were there, the Sombrero Beach wasn’t great, but we had the pool anyway. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Central Florida Keys Vacation Hub

The property was awesome and very well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. Having Publix on the same side of the main Route 1 made all catering logistics a breeze. Marathon had many options to eat, play and explore the keys going North or South with ease. Having a heated pool was great and comfortable early till late.

Beautiful Property

We were two families of four, child 12 years old and then three young adults and 4 adults. The house was perfect for us, plenty of room for all. We appreciated the pool towels, beach chairs, bikes, snorkel gear, kayaks, pool toys, etc. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of dishes, pots, pans., etc. The location was perfect, close to Sombrero Beach, shopping, etc. Meredith the property manager was very responsive, we had one minor issue she addressed that immediately. We highly recommend this property.

A nice place to stay

I would highly suggest that written directions on running the washer is attached to the washing machine. Same thing for the outside hose. I have been working both these items for many, many years and they both gave me and my children a run for our money as to how they work. Also, the bicycles weren’t usable either. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we are thinking of coming back again next year.

Fantastic house

Really great rental. Beautifully decorated, nicely laid out for a group (we had two families of four), well equipped kitchen, lovely porch and pool area with both shade and sun options. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and I'm very picky about this, actually looking under furniture to see if it is clean :) Fantastic location close to everything including a beach less than a 5 minute drive away. Only negatives were that some of the pool area furniture could use a little TLC and it would be good to have a couple of extra blankets. Also for those looking for a personal experience/interaction with the owner, this is a professionally managed unit with a property manager so not that. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful house that has everything you need!

Beautiful property! Very clean with all the amenities and supplies you need for a family! 8 of us traveled together (4 adults and 4 kids), and the house layout worked great for our 2 families. 5-6 manatees visited us when we first arrived, which the kids loved. The pool was beautiful. We choose to have the pool heated, which made for perfect morning/evening swims when we were stayed in March. The tiki hut was a great place to get out of the sun and relax. The property manager was available and very responsive when we needed anything. Great location, too! Sombrero Beach is near by, and we highly recommend to spend some time there. Publix is also close and convenient. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Marathon!!

Excellent location lots of extras

Property is better than advertised and communication is excellent. Lots of extras like fishing gear, beach toys, baby needs. Location is great close to supermarkets and main attractions but in a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent location/Fabulous Home

We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it! The location is perfect - near shopping, restaurants, attractions and a beach at the end of the street. It was well appointed and very clean. The private pool and tiki hut were the icing on the cake. Meredith was easy to communicate with and very timely responses. I would highly recommend this home and may go back soon!

Beautiful rental

This place was perfect for our two families! Saw a couple different manatees in on the dock. Kids loved mangrove fishing. Just a great overall place to vacation! We couldn’t believe how well stocked things were. They really thought about every possible need at this rental!

Excellent place to stay with friends & family

Very spacious, well maintained and clean duplex. Everything we expected and then some. My family has been making a trip down to Marathon for several years and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed at. There were fishing poles, kayaks and paddle boards for our use during the stay as well. The brand new Weber grill was awesome. Our property manager was always available and helpful with anything we needed. The Publix is a short drive or a few minute bike ride right up the street. And the nicest beach in The Keys just right down the same road the duplex is on. We did not bring a boat this trip but the boat dock is well maintained and has nice fish cleaning station as well. Definitely recommend heating the pool during the cool months. Overall, Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic rental

This house has everything you need. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are well stocked. The location is convenient to Islamorada and Key West. We rented a boat and had plenty of room on the dock. Thanks for a wonderful vacation
