The house has been very tastefully remodeled. The bathrooms have tiled showers and the toilets have bidets. The kitchen is very nice and all rooms are decorated with a vacation theme. The pool and hot tub are very nice and clean. Overall, it was perfect for me and my group. JC is an outstanding host and we would stay at this house again when visiting the keys!

Everything was as expected. The house was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. There was good beach gear and the beach towels were particularly nice. JC was attentive to the couple of questions that we had.

Jean Carlos was very responsive, kind and informative. The house exceeded expectations. The yard, pool and hot tub was better than the VRBO description. The house was exceptionally clean and anything you would need was there. We travel to the Keys frequently and have been looking for THAT space we could resent. I think we found it. I loved everything about this house.

This property is truly a gem. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. We had all the amenities of home and the home itself is outfitted for total comfort. The backyard is the star of this property. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the pool, hot tub, fire pit and the oversized “connect four” game as well as hanging on the enclosed porch and patio. Jean Carlos is an exceptional host with great communication and responsiveness. The cleaning people are to be commended as well. This home was spotless when we arrived. What this review really needs is a sixth star. This is, without a doubt, the best stay we’ve ever had thru VRBO and elsewhere. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!!

This is a charming house that is in a perfect central location in the Keys! The pool and hot tub were a welcome addition to the stay! Comfortable bed. Everything needed for a great beach day was supplied.

Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything as described. Only thing missing is a TV in Master bedroom. One in the 2nd bedroom but not Master bedroom. Otherwise was a great. Would highly recommend it.

The place overall is very nice but needs a little work. The master bedroom ceiling light doesn't work, the wall switch needs to be replaced. The guest bedroom light doesn't work either. The living room couches need to be replaced both my wife and I had backaches from sitting on them. The outside is very nice, the pool and spa are clean, could use some shade areas.

BEAUTIFUL house! Communication was fast, clear, and accurate. Check-in was a breeze. Centrally located. Everything you need is located in the house. Kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer. Check-out was just as simple. Empty the fridge, take the garbage out, and put all linens in the laundry room. We will be back!

Perfect little getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The home was furnished with everything you could possibly need. House was close to grocery and drug stores which was nice. And the beach was just a few minutes away.

Absolutely Amazing

Me, my husband and our 2 miniature daschunds stayed for just under two weeks at Jean Carlos' property. It is absolutely incredible. The house itself is immaculate and clean. The beds are super comfy. The Backyard was our absolute favourite. The pool is incredible and the perfect temperature. The BBQ was a great addition and super easy to use. Just a great atmosphere and vibe of the whole place. The little covered area was great too. Honestly, not many bugs either - we got bitten everywhere else we went, away from the property. The area itself is really great - our favourites to see/do nearby: Dolphin Research Centre, Coco Beach, Sombrero Beach, Crane point right next door. Sunrise/Sunset walk on 7 mile bridge. A really dog friendly area. Lots of great restuarants and places to eat. Also 2 great gyms nearby for fitness lovers. We would most definitely stay here again.Jean Carlos was a very great host! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great holiday and a little escape.

A Perfect Vacation Retreat in Paradise!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing vacation rental! The backyard was an oasis getaway (my kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub :) very clean and host was very responsive with anything we needed. House was well stocked and comfortable after a long day of adventuring! Close to Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda which we frequented. Marathon is amazing do not sit in this rental for the price and location it’s a dream! We will definitely be back!

Backyard Oasis

Everything in the listing was completely accurate. Halfway point in the Keys. The home was very clean. Air Conditioning was spot on. We used the pool/hottub a lot. Surprised how much we used the hot tub as almost every day it was clear and hot. Although it didn’t bother us, the home is located in the direct path of a variety of planes jets and helicopters landing at Airport nearby. Noise was quite loud and may scare some dogs. Our Morkie had no issues. Definitely would rent property again.

Perfect stay in Marathon

The house was very comfortable and met our needs nicely. But the best part about this property is the back yard. The pool was warm and refreshing for February and the hot tub was relaxing. The fenced in back yard is very large, private and quiet with the exception of occasional planes flying into Marathon airport. Jeancarlos was a great host ensuring that all our needs were met.

Perfect little clean house!

The house was clean, owner was great at responding and we all just really loved the house. It also was a lot more spacious than we were expecting inside, and the backyard was huge just like the photos showed. Great place to stay!

Excellent Stay!!!!!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week 2024. The house is immaculate! It is so clean and well stocked with supplies that you may need. The bed was super comfortable and provided us with great nights of sleep. We LOVED the backyard of this home. There are yard games, a pool, and our personal favorite, a fantastic hot tub. This has been hands down our favorite place to stay! We cannot wait to stay here again. 10/10 stars!

7 day stay in the keys

If your looking to stay in the keys. Look no further. Prime location to all of the things but the backyard itself is paradise!! House is extemely clean and cozy! Fully stocked, close to local beaches, stores and fun things for the family! So happy we chose this place and would give it a 10 out of 10!
