Beautiful setting

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home! The house itself is large, spacious, and perfect for multiple families — everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. It's just a short drive to the beach, which made it super convenient for quick trips back and forth throughout the day.The property is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, a great pool, and a private dock that added something really special to our time there. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying meals together, or watching the sunset from the rooftop, every moment felt like a true getaway.The owner was incredibly friendly and easy to reach, which made the entire experience even more seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and relaxing escape!

Wow...What a house

We felt like royalty living in this house. Traveling with young children not always the easiest but the pool, the media room and the fact that we were able to park our boat at the end of the dock made everybody very happy. We went off in the boat a few times and saw pelicans, dolphins and actually swam with the fish. The Coco Plum beach a short walk away. We had such a great time.

Great location

We had 9 in the house over New Years and enjoyed our time there. The interior of the house was clean and well presented and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and the grill was clean and worked well. Outside the home there were things lying around that could have been picked up - broken kayak paddles, inflatables, some trash. Probably all left by the last renters.The owner was very responsive to our needs. We had torrential rain one day that left the pool a mess and he had his pool person out early the next day to take care of it.The deep water dock is great if you have a boat, but if you want to kayak this house has a great floating dock for kayaks. It's so much easier to launch from the floating dock. If you want to kayak be sure to rent from a local provider, the kayaks visible in the home photos have been badly abused by previous renters and are only good for playing around nearby. If you want to go out for longer, rentals are perfect (we used Keys Kayak).

Summer Family Vaca

Perfect location for our Family. Had Grandfather & Grandchildren & great Grandchildren. Everybody had plenty of space. Very nice/large kitchen. Very nice balcony. Location was very accessible to the ocean, probably 10 minutes. Very nice dock. Bait freezer and fish cleaning station are especially nice added features. Kids really enjoyed theatre room. There were a few maintenance issues, but management jumped right on them. They were very good about communicating with us and responding. We would stay again.

Perfect Getaway in Paradise

We recently spent a week in Marathon in beautiful Cocoplum beach. The house is exactly as pictured and exactly what we needed. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and communicative for all your questions and needs. The pool was wonderful and perfectly heated for those mid 70's evening that you would love to enjoy the pool. Cocoplum beach is a short walk down the street and dog friendly, which our pups loved to walk to each morning. Could not find a fault with the place if I tried to. We all will definitely be coming down again.

Beautiful Home

This home was beautiful. The kitchen was very large and well equipt with nice appliances and plenty of dishes for a large group. The view from the screened in porch off the main level was beautiful. There was some confusion about the lay out of the bedrooms but the owner was very fast in replying to answer any and all questions. The pool area was surrounded by palm trees and had enough seating for large groups. The owners were very quick to respond to the only issue we had. They were very nice and seemed to want to make sure that we a good time at their property. I would definately recomment staying here. We had a great time.

50th anniversary celebration

This property has a beautiful tropical view of the waterway. It is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to a short trail along the ocean. I saw ospreys, sand crabs, chickens, lizards and turtle nests. Proximity to three state parks, turtle hospital and dolphin research. Many wonderful restaurants. The house itself had many amenities, two washer and dryers, 3 refrigerators, an ice machine and plenty of dishes(which isn’t always true of many rentals) There was a theater room where my family went to get out of the sun after a busy day. We spent the evenings in the outside pool, and grilled out one night. Our group of 11, was very comfortable in this wonderful home. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay and Would Highly Recommend Staying Here

The house was fantastic. The downstairs tv room was a great place for us to watch the Masters. The couch was brand new and very comfortable. The kitchen area was spacious and has two fridges which is nice when you have large groups. The master suite is enormous and the other rooms are positioned perfectly for 2 groups of 4 (kids or adults). The outside amenities were fantastic. The pool area had plenty of seating for sun tanning or enjoying the outside with shade. The pool was a good size and very clean and sanitary. We rented a boat for the week and the dock was 100' long so we had plenty of area to accommodate our rental. The fishing off of the dock was great at night and we got to enjoy a manatee visit on our 3rd day. Our overall experience was wonderful and I look forward to staying here again next year.

Fantastic home!

This place is as beautiful as the photos and reviews reflect. Great vacation spot for families or friends. The views from the home and pier are just wonderful and the house is so well equipped. Many great places to sit, both inside and outside. Fishing and kyaking right there was a great feature. Owner was extremely helpful. Only negative was the very musty smell in the video room. Otherwise everything else about this property was extremely pleasant!

The Manatee vacation

This is our second spring break at Marathon Keys because it’s non-commercialized, friendly, and Key West is only a 50 mile drive if you like the nightlife. The dock at this house is phenomenal and we had daily manatee visitors that were very friendly. I would suggest the aquarium in marathon along with Sunset Grill restaurant. This house was the perfect size for the eight of us that stayed. The pool is the perfect size and the hammock is beyond peaceful in the shade.

Fun in the Fla.Keys Sun ☀️ 😎

This was an amazing vacation house. It has all of the key amenities for fun in the sun with 10 of your closest friends. The house was more than enough room for the 10 of us. The property is located in a upscale neighborhood with a heated pool, covered outdoor living space & the nicest dock on the canal. The owner was extremely responsive & accommodating. I would highly recommend this VRBO location!

Family Fun in the Keys

Appreciated the ease and quick responsive communication, beautiful accommodations and perfect dock for a boat. 2 manatees visiting at the dock, great fishing and pelicans were just some of the highlights we enjoyed. Dolphin encounters just a short drive as well as an easy walk to natural Coco Plum Beach and short drive to Sombrero Beach. Use of elevator was necessary for bringing large or heavy items to upper level. The pool and outdoor shower with outside entrance to full bathroom on the lower level were a delight.
