Eine fantastische Unterkunft und perfekte Betreuung durch Angela und Karim, herzlichen Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Beide waren immer für uns da, vielen Dank. Die Lage ist super, das Haus echt gut. Kleinere Reparaturen sind nötig, aber beeinflussen den Aufenthalt nicht. An den frischen Pool haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Es war einfach nur schön.

Beautiful stay at Ami Villa

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Ami.The villa was beautiful, bright, and peaceful. It is well shielded by hedges, providing a great deal of privacy.The only minor challenge is the access road, which is quite narrow. The transition from the street to the driveway is a bit tricky due to a small hill, especially for cars with a low clearance.It’s just a 3-minute walk to the supermarket, which has a well-stocked fresh food counter offering meat, cheese, antipasti, and baked goods. Across the street, there is a fish shop selling very fresh and tasty fish. The restaurant right next door is also highly recommended, with a well-balanced menu.The beach is, as described, 300 meters away and very beautiful. It lies in a bay and is not overcrowded. We found the area to be very local and authentic, which we really appreciated.If we travel to the area again, we would definitely book Villa Ami once more and can highly recommend it.

Un hébergement idéalement placé avec supérette et restaurant à proximité. Plage à 5 minutes à pied. Hébergement nickel pour cinq personnes. Rien a reprocher aussi je recommande.

High price without any luxury

Clean but basic. Very good bathrooms. Cheap Bedding. Access to property not clearly explained. Property only checked at the beginning of the season. We went in September and equipment was damaged or broken. Area lovely and locals extremely helpful

Lovely stay just a few minute walk to a great beach in beautiful Sardinia

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ami, and would definitely book again. The pool was great for cooling off (about 4 feet deep) but we preferred going to the beach. White sand, smooth bottom making it a delight to wade in the water, and some of the clearest water I've ever seen. If you're traveling 'off season' make sure you read the previous reviews. We visited in late May and there were limited restaurant options within walking distance (e.g., one only open on weekends till June, and required reservations). Luckily the well stocked market and friendly coffee shop were open in the mornings. If you don't mind cooking (or driving further afield) the upside of this time of year is few crowds! Likes - the location is perfect, easy and short walk to the beach, market and restaurants (when open) - kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking - the villa was very clean and uncluttered, bright and comfortable -the pool was nice and not too cold in mid/late May - the wifi worked very well for us - although we didn’t use the air conditioning much it seemed to work well. We found ourselves turning it on for a few minutes before we went to sleep to cool down the bedrooms - we found the beds to be comfortable, we slept well (the pillows were a bit too puffy for us) - easy communication with the host Wishes - it would have been lovely to have a couple of pool floats to lounge on - the recycling is a bit complicated for us (non-Europeans) and sometimes the items were not picked up.

Ein toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub hier in Sardinien, in der Villa Ami. Der Strand ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Supermarkt und das Restaurant ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Man sollte definitiv mit dem Auto anreisen! Die Buchten in der Nähe sind traumhaft schön. Wer reinen Strandurlaub machen möchte ist auf Sardinien genau richtig. Trotzdem ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Haus ( Möbel ) und Aussenbereich könnte man verbessern, das würde dem Haus ganz gut tun. Schöne Grüße nach Maracalagonis 😎

Dream holiday

The house is perfect, Torre delle Stelle is lovely (and has pretty much everything you could need), Genn'e Mari beach is stunning... if you wanted to, you could easily stay in TdS for a fortnight, but it is also the perfect base to explore the SE corner of Sardinia - gorgeous Cagliari is 45 mins away, Nora/ Pula is 1 hr, the Sete Fratelli mountains are just inland, and there are so many other amazing beaches on your doorstep... Angela and Karim are also fantastic hosts, and their recommendations for trips and places to eat were perfect. We had a fantastic fortnight here and cannot recommend highly enough!

what a lovely 2 week holiday

The villa is well appointed being close to the supermarket, restaurants and beach. Torre Delle Stelle is a self contained resort area with no major developments to ruin the feel. The beach and sea are wonderful with amazingly clear water. The villa is well maintained, nicely furnished with good amenities and a lovely pool. The outer seating area creates a nice outdoor space. Karim and Angela were on hand to answer any queries we had and even gave us some welcome gifts in the kitchen when we arrived which were a lovely surprise. Coming home has been the most difficult part!

Beautiful green oasis in the heart of Torre Delle Stelle

We stayed at Villa Ami for one week in August with two small children, the location of the Villa is great, it’s only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars or supermarket. Despite the town was extremely busy, the house felt like a quit green oasis due to its location off the main road, so it was great to relax in the beautiful green outdoor area around the pool. Mosquito repellent is definitely recommendable. The spacious house is the perfect size for a family and there were even some games and sand toys to bring to the beach. Karim and Angela were great hosts, always very responsive and helpful with everything. Great place to relax with the family and would definitely stay there again.

Wunderbares Haus, fantastischer Urlaub

Wunderbares Haus, fantastischer Urlaub Liebe Angela, lieber Karim, vielen lieben Dank, für die wunderbare Kommunikation und eure herzliche Art! Wir waren sehr gerne in eurem Haus. Die Villa Ami ist in einem wunderbaren Zustand, sehr sauber und modern. Zudem ist sie sehr durchdacht. Es gibt eine Außen Dusche, eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und es mangelt an weiteren nichts. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit Unseren drei Kindern (3,5 und 8)Der Pool ist fantastisch! Bitte seid aber immer sehr vorsichtig mit kleinen Kindern und Nichtschwimmern !!! Der Strand der Wohnsiedlung ist ebenfalls bombastisch. Er ist überhaupt nicht weit entfernt und selbst unser kleinster ist jeden Tag ganz entspannt dorthin gelaufen. Am Strand kann man Boote mieten und Sonnenliegen. Wir werden ganz bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen. Das Haus ist vollkommen empfehlenswert! Lucia und Familie

Wunderschöner Spätsommer

Wir 3 haben in der Villa Ami zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht, die Lage ist grandios, sehr kurze Wege zum Strand und Einkaufen. Wir haben die Ruhe und den nahezu menschenleeren Strand sehr genossen. Die Villa ist genau wie im Dossier beschrieben sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. 1000Dank an Angela und Karim für die Betreuung und den großartigen Service. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt weiter!

Very comfortable and clean house close to lovely beach

The house is modern, well appointed, beautiful and very functional. The owners were communicative, flexible and welcoming. The house is conveniently situated very close to a small but well stocked supermarket, bar and pizzeria and within a few minutes walk of a lovely beach. We loved our stay at Villa Ami and would thoroughly recommend this property. One thing to be aware of is that it is situated in an area with unmade roads, with some bumpy stretches.

Wir hatten eine Woche Traumurlaub in der Villa Ami. Das Haus und der Poll waren sehr schön. Die Lage der Villa ist einfach super, kurze Wege zum Fußwege zum Meer und zum Supermarkt. Alles in Allem - es war eine tolle Woche. Vielen Dank an Angela und Karim

Zon, zee, Sardinie!

Contact met Angela en Karim super snel!!! En heel fijn. Her buiten gebied fantastisch met genoeg zit plekken, schaduw en Bbq...he doet alles daar! Binnen iets simpeler, alles wat nodig... behalve schaar maar die zijn er bijna nooit in huur huizen (raar, waarom???) Wel veel boeken (engels) te lezen tijdens verblijf. Zwembad-zout... maar je merkt er echt niets van! En geen chloor! Wij zijn er fan van geworden. Elke kamer eigen airco... maar het huis blijft er ondanks de hitte vrij cool. Qua winkels zijn er bijna geen in Torre Delle Stella. Naast het huis een supermarkt gesloten smiddags, maar dan wel zondag open. Eigenaar maakt verse maaltijden.. salades, lasagne, melazane.... zo opwarmen thuis. Ook een visboer op het terrein... verder is in het dorp een farmacie en nog een supermarkt die ook prima is. En dat is het. Echt winkelen moet je naar Cagliari...45 min. Restaurant in de buurt: Aquarium-pizza, cocktails en lekker buiten zitten. La Monestero ook goed genoeg en dichterbij dan de echt goede restaurants in Cagliari. Veel stranden bezocht: Genne e Mari, loop afstand van villa favoriet... klein, mooi, diepe baai,,, let op bijna geen bedjes/umbrellas te huur,,, dus alles meenemen. Wij waren weg van de restaurant links... met pastas en calamaris, 3x geluncht... andere rechts drukker en mooier maar alleen broodjes en voorverpakt salades. Strand solares ook prima... bedjes te huur bel vooraf Vanity Beach... wel 30 if 40 euro per set. Eten dan wel bij The White Box- grote en lekker uitgebreid voor zo een kleine strand. Het huis zit op terrein met een andere huis van dezelfde eigenaar, achter gesloten hek... heel fijn. Je hoort wel de buren en zij jou. En super fijne vakantie in super fijne huis!!!!!! Dank je Sardinia!
