"A bit hard to find at first. Close to Robinson Mall. Well-kept exterior with security guard, free parking and gate. Room is big with table for eating breakfast that you order from the reception for 100p. Only two choices of menu. No restaurant at the hotel. Good AC and WIFI but ants in the room. No working hot water and shower area. You shower over the toilet. For the rate it is very good."

"we always have a great stay when we stay at the Rosvenil. It has become our reliable and go to place to stay when in Tacloban. The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. Jupiter's is a fun bar to hang out at night and sing a song if your keen."

"Disappointed. Stayed for 6 days and booked 2 rooms; both are very small, just enough for the bed/s. Though the staff are accommodating, everything had to be requested (once they even forgot to give us the complimentary water).There's no in-house phone so you need to either go down to the front desk, or use your cellphone. Once we decided to just have dinner at the hotel because we were too tired to eat out, but were told they weren't serving dinner then. Hope they improve soon. "
