"All staff at Reception efficient and friendly. Room was excellent at the back of the hotel so no traffic noise. Rooms were cleaned daily before midday. Breakfast was okay but could have done with a variety of yoghurts to choose from rather than a bowl of natural yoghurt to help yourself. Quick service by staff in Restaurant and efficient. Very close for visiting Chatham Dockyard also the train station. The price for bed and breakfast per night was very reasonable. "

"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."
