"The apartment itself was clean and larger than it looked in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that the bathroom has two doors. One to the living room and one to the bedroom. This made it much nicer since we had someone sleeping in the living room. It is handicap accessible. The elevator brings you right to the third floor and there isn't a threshold. "Host was superb! There was shampoo and conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Lots of towels and blankets etc. blow dryers in both bathrooms. Tv worked great and we just logged into an our own streaming services easily. Very clean. He provided laundry detergent as well. There was a nice view of Utah lake from the hot tub. Couch was very comfy to watch Christmas movies from. Close to downtown Provo and Orem. "
