We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the cottage. It is clean and provides the basics for a nice stay. The view of Glen Lake from our place was lovely and we really enjoyed the cozy, little screened in porch! I think this size cottage is better suited for one or two people but you could certainly fit three or four if you really like each other! We have vacationed in this area for decades and would definitely consider this little location again, while enjoying one of our favorite spots on the planet!

Stunning

It was perfect. From the beautiful view from our living room of the lake, to the firpit lake side, to the kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and boats, we didnt want to leave! We will definitely be back.

Color Tour Up North

Perfect view of Glen Lake and beautiful Fall Colors. Looks like it would be a sweet spot to stay in the Summer also. Very clean, easy access, close to anywhere you would want to drive for all of the sweet spots of Up North!

Nice location, right by the lake. Great if you want a peaceful vacation. Cabin is good too, only downside is the lack of AC, it gets very hot and cleaning crew being hour late to leave on arrival. Otherwise we had no issues and would reccomend this stay to others

Nice place later in the summer

This is a genuine lakeshore cabin with a 1950’s feel. Small but comfortable with great access to Lake Glen. Lots of construction happening for first day and half so quite noisy but got more peaceful after work was done. Seems we were the first guest of the summer and they weren’t quite ready for us. Host was helpful with suggestions of places to go and things to do. Had a great hike among the dunes.

Golf Trip

Very tiny shower, barely manageable. Very quaint and small, but quite nice, old school for sure. Beautiful setting on the water with gorgeous views.

Glen Lake

Great place to relax and enjoy the sunset, it rained some while we were there but didn’t dampen our experience. Sleeping Bear Dunes just down the road and good pizza from Bears Paw.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I recently stayed in one of the cabins on Brookhaven and were super impressed with it. Everything was clean when we arrived and the cabin had everything we needed to make some really nice meals. We didn't have to haul our kayaks with us and enjoyed fishing and exploring and fishing on the water with some kayaks available to everyone. Will definitely be back next summer and would come back again this year if the space were available :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love a visit to this place! Quiet, beautiful and relaxing. Our family comes every year for the past decade. The cottage is comfy and CLEAN, the new heater kept us cozy on the chilly night (and we appreciated the text reminding us how to use it!) the lake was warm and clear, the campfires were safe and socially distanced, and our visit was safe and wonderful! We’re already booked again for next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent and Glen Lake was beautiful. The cabin was in good condition and clean. The one thing that was sub-par was the size of the shower. It was very small and tight even though we are of average size. This shower would have been difficult to use for a large person. Overall we had a great experience and would consider staying there again.

Screened in porch was a bonus and sofa super comfy. Did not encounter any need to contact owner or property management. Will definitely rent again. Only complaint is that shower curtain was moldy and should be washed or replaced prior to new renter coming in. Did not want to leave!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If a person doesn't mind certain things people usually need, then I would recommend. However, our unit needed some updating. The coffee pot was very hard to use, no outlet close by it available and was broken and very dirty. The vacuum was not working well, if at all and starting smoking, no broom available for indoor use. The fridge was in a weird place and hard to get into. Needed a window air conditioner because our unit was set back into the trees so no breeze at night. The porch was great, but could use updating. The comforters need washing and a towel exchange mid-week is definitely needed without asking. The rocks going out into the water were not expected at all because I was told it was a sand bottom. It was rather disappointing. I loved having the kayaks, the owner Kip was awesome and really nice, the fishing lake was fun but the boat got filled with rain water. The fire pit was awesome and Kip helped with wood availability. Overall, we did a lot off site, at the location was GREAT, but needs some work on the place.

The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is beautiful. The cabins are basic but comfortable enough. Our main complaint is that the kitchen and living area were not very clean on our arrival.
