"電視壞掉，好幾台不能看。廁所是半開放式的，洗澡到一半會冷。 平台下訂後，去對照官網的照片不能看。 照片是秀海景，實際給山景，跟櫃台反應，叫我自行聯絡平台，我跟櫃台說請他們幫我反應，一直跳針講那是我跟平台的問題，一副不關他的事。 重點是我訂4人房，雖然我去3個人，卻還是給我3張早餐卷，事後我想不對，才又跑去要1張回來 有免費停車位，離大街近。 但就這樣的價位，我會多加錢去住飯店。"
