There are two bedrooms downstairs which is perfect for a family with young children, giving them separation and privacy. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is awesome, one block to downtown and five blocks to the beach. The host is always quick to respond and accommodating. "

"The place was awesome for kids, we had two sets of twins and two moms on our trip and we had a great time. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The check in and out was super easy and there wasn’t an exhaustive list of chores to be done at the end. That being said, the place was not as clean as I would have wished and there was a large amount of pet hair on the sofa and floor that I would hope would have been cleaned between guests.
