Must Stay

A beautiful beachside home ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking as the kitchen is packed with all the tools required. The games room/library is also a fantastic addition, particularly for rainy days. The BBQ is electric and a little small. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and cozy, with pleanty of ventilation, cooling and heating available as well. The bathroom was recently renovated and was a delight to use.. Overall Ray is a generous and kind man who maintans a wonderful property. Thank you for having us Ray, we will be back!

Stay at Manyana

My friends and stayed at Rays property and had a good time. Despite some initial surprises from some areas of the place not seeming very clean, due to a miscommunication with the cleaners so I was told. Ray was very accommodating and prompt with his communication and generously with his compromise to the unfortunate first impression. My friends and I would happily stay here again and thank Ray for being a great host.

Fabulous

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Poppy's. Ray was very responsive and communicative in the lead up. Property was perfect for us. Great view of the beach from the balcony and you can hear the ocean from the bedrooms. Sunrise over the beach and you can see the sunset from the sofa. New kitchen and bathroom upstairs and the loungeroom and one bedroom has aircon and the other 2 bedrooms have fans. Very comfy beds. We were very comfortable and location was ideal. 5 min drive to swim with stingrays. You can walk to the local cafe (20 mins). You can even walk to lake conjola which is around the corner from one end of the beach and there's a wonderful rockpool at the other end. Enclosed Backyard was great for the dog. Highly recommend.

Close to beach and awesome place to relax

We brought our two fur babies and they had the best time being close to the surf and short stroll to a nearby cafe that served really good coffee and breakfast. We are definitely coming back.

Lookout at the surf and hear the sea

This property just has the most amazing location, spent most of our time thinking how we would miss the view from the deck. Ray has maintained the property very well and is always reachable no matter what you need. The games room, garden and the deck is where you would be spending most of your time. The kitchen is very well equipped and can cater for extra long stays, there is nothing I could think of that wasnt there. Aircon, bathrooms and bedrooms are all perfect and family friendly. If you do have a pet or if travelling with physically challenged members, do note that there is a narrow and wooden staircase to the main bedrooms and deck. All in all I think we really enjoyed Manyana and the surrounds and Ray's place had everything to do with it.

Spacious home, beautiful beaches and pet's welcome!

Lovely home with plenty of space and a quiet, private and secure backyard; perfect for dogs! Proximity to the beach is unreal. Owner responds to questions quickly and thoroughly. This property uses the lock box system so it's best to follow up with owner close to the date of check-in to ensure keys are ready. Manyana was spectacular, as always and this rental was exactly what we were looking for this time around. Thanks, Ray!

Great family adventure

This was a perfect set up for us and we took advantage of all the activities available- surfing, bike riding, fusball, monopoly and reading kept us entertained. Eating on the deck taking in the view was delightful. A great place for a memorable family holiday.

Sensational

The property was perfect, would cater to all families with activity room, library, games, beach gear all supplied. The kitchen had all the conveniences and a few bonuses. There was a sensational view from the balcony and the beach was just a short stroll, beautiful and clean. The local deli was a nice walk up the beach for lunch. The property owners were fantastic with their communications and suggestions of food and activities available. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this beautiful property.. hope to return soon. Thanks Ray

Good location and great water view!

We stayed a week at Poppy’s, what a great house! Ocean view and a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Ray was very easy to communicate with and he was also kind enough to let us use his mountain bikes. We had a couple of adventurous rides in the National Park. We had friends stayed at another house in the next block, but gathered at ours for dinner and also my husband’s birthday lunch. It was very special sitting on the veranda watching the ocean and relaxing with friends. We will definitely be back! Thanks Ray for sharing your house with us.

Peaceful Retreat by the seaside

The accommodation was ideal for us. Everything we needed, beautiful beach views and a short walk to the beach. Lovely new kitchen just installed. Owners friendly and helpful advising no major shops nearby but it is a short run into Ulladulla for necessities. There is a "corner store" closer for a range of takeaway etc. Lovley and peaceful area.

Needed a place close to the beach which could accommodate many adults with enough space for everyone to spread out. Place was great, photos on the website don't do it justice. There's essentially a second house downstairs! Had a fabulous time

A beautiful home away from home

We were a group of 4 and loved Manyana, the house, location and space. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the company of one another be that eating on the balcony overlooking the beach or retiring to either the down/ upstairs lounge room to watch tv or to read a book in private. The kitchen has all you need to cook a feast and both the coffee in the fridge and coffee machine makes for a good cuppa in the morning. The sounds of the ocean at night makes for a beautiful and restful nights sleep. The beach is a short walk and in minutes you can be swimming or walking along the foreshore to the headland on the other side. The shop is only a short drive away if you need some basics. Manyana is a home away from home and just what you need when looking to get away and take some time out with family and friends.

Fantastic Stay in Manyana Beach - would go back tomorrow

We had a wonderful time staying at Poppy’s in Manyana. The house had everything we needed from kitchen utensils , games , surfboards , bikes , TV . There’s plenty of space for the kids to hang out and do their own thing It was very relaxing listening to the surf in the background . The whole area is really scenic and we only scratched the surface of it. Manyana beach is a really short walk away and we enjoyed walking round to Lake Conjola and Green Island . The beaches on the other side at Bendalong are all v protected - and well worth a visit. Get some pilchards and feed the stingrays at Bendalong Point . All in all we would have loved to stay longer and are looking forward to stay at Poppys again to explore the area more !!!

Great views

The house overall was OK but the cleaniness of the place could do with an overhaul. The wall of bleach that hit you when you first walk in gave my wife a headache. The birdseed packet in the upstairs pantry has bugs in it and cockroach poo in there as well. The blind in the upstairs kitchen window needs washing as well as the window sills in the whole place.

We loved the location and comfortable feel of the home!

"Your tomorrow at Manyana" has the best location and only a short walk from the beach. The house has plenty of good beds and comfortable seating, with a renovated bathroom. Most items are available that you would need for a short stay, we have already shared our great experience with our family and friends and have thought about when we could return again!

Easter break at Manyana

We had the most divine time at Poppy's. Such a perfect spot for two families...a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. It's not crowded and felt like we were far away from Sydney which was so nice. Ray was really helpful with everything we needed during our stay

Relaxing, homely and beautiful views of beach

We had a lovely time. It was a really welcoming home with an awesome deck where you can feed the birds with views of Manyana beach. Very quiet neighbourhood - great for families.
