"The property was just what we needed for our overnight stay. The only issue was the thermostat batteries were dead, it was 11pm when we contacted the host, Carmen replied promptly and Mike followed up with a phone call. We ended up removing batteries from the AC remote and put them in the thermostat. Who would have thought heat would be necessary in August. "

"Checking in was a snap. The host contacted me with the information needed prior to our arrival and everything went smoothly. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and a few bottles of water so that we were able to wait until the next morning to stock up for our stay. Also there were coffee pods! Cuyahoga Falls is a “meet in the middle” spot for our various family members, and we enjoy the town’s proximity to various parks.The house was clean and comfortable.
