We live in Hatteras and took our boat up to Wanchese to run some trips in late August - there was space for all of us who work on the boat and then some for our guest leaders who helped us out. The layout is spectacular and there is so much space to spread out and relax or work! "Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit. We did a lot of cooking and missed not having...

"This cute house was clean and newly renovated. It had the perfect beachy vibe. It was a great place to be, since we were indoors all weekend because of the nor'easter. They provided board games for entertainment. The backyard was perfect for our dogs. The screened in porch was also nice because we could sit outside and enjoy the rain. We would definitely stay there again!"
