Wedding weekend

Fun Family Weekend

We have 2 adult children, both married. The 3 bedrooms with 2 Queen beds and a King bed, along with a spacious living room and kitchen made the stay very comfortable. We did struggle with accessing our online TV services (Prime, etc.) via the Fire TV, but we were able to get something to watch. The neighborhood and overall location was very nice - plenty to do and not far from the DFW area. Will consider this again when coming back to the area.

Diamond in the Rough undersells it!

Neighborhood in surrounding area is nice among middle class homes. Good area to walk. We stayed for roughly a month and it met our needs and more. Conveniently located with easy access to the DFW metroplex. A diamond in the rough plus!

Fabulous kitchen

We planned our family reunion more than a year in advance which happened to be held during the total solar eclipse. The property answered my many questions as the time drew near for our stay. We were very pleased that they went the extra mile to provide solar glasses during our stay even though we were planning on bringing our own. The kitchen had place settings for 10 people and the pots, pans and other kitchen utensils were in excellent condition. We had an issue with one of the toilets and a repairman was dispatched to resolve the problem. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for visiting with our family and watching the solar eclipse.

Moving to the area

We needed a quick place to stay with our family pet and grandkids for a night while we checked out Mansfiels for our upcoming move. Kids went to stay with their aunt in Dallas and my husband and i had a quiet evening to ourselves. Clean, quiet home. Enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

SPACIOUS FOR FAMILIES

Good contact with staff. Wifi was very minimal, needs higher capacity and high speed. Was limited with multiple users. Fire stick TV was tricky. Spacious and easy environment. Please install adult toilets. Existing toilets are pre-school size.

Best Stay in Mansfield Yet

This property was perfect for our stay. I had my wife and kids here and the neighborhood was awesome and nothing was too far away. The house was clean and easy to access. There were plenty of Blankets and Towels for the week long stay while we were there. Backyard was great for kids with bags and we brought a football. I would 100% recommend this property not to just Families, but to anyone looking for a property in Mansfield. I come to Mansfield every couple months for a week with my family and will 100% be booking this property again. Thanks

Relaxing

For the most part, our stay was very relaxing. We had previously rented the house because of the location. It is very close to the ball park where we were going to have a softball tournament. The tournament got cancelled but we kept the rental and used the time to relax. It is very close to Hawaiian Falls, which we went to, and downtown Mansfield. We didn't have to travel very much for anything we needed. We did have a bit of trouble with the internet connection when we arrived but the manager did help with that and it got fixed. The AC stopped working as well while we were there and the manager had someone go fix it that same day, but we did have to leave the house most of the day because it was so hot in the house. The manager did communicate the status with us, so that was helpful. I would have liked to have known about the community pool prior to arriving. This information was not on the listing and I think we would have used it more if we would have had that information from the beginning. My daughter was also looking forward to the tetherball pole that you can see in the picture of the back yard, but there was not one when we got there. We also were startled by a man in the backyard after the first night, who was there to mow the yard, but no one had let us know to expect him, it was early and we didn't know who he was. Also, the game room was missing many pieces to most of the games and we were looking forward to utilizing this space for family fun, so that was all disappointing. I would definitely recommend new updated photos and information for future renters. All in all, we enjoyed relaxing in this house, the space was on point, and you can't beat the location!

Unclean!

The property looked like it had not been cleaned. Dirty clothes in the closet, I presume left by the last people that stayed there. Mold in the washing machine and dirty dishes that we had to clean before using. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Mansfield, Texas area.

Does not sleep 10 as advertised. Needs a good cleaning, updated kitchen utensils, linens, towels, etc.
