"The room was smaller than I had hoped. We were disappointed there was no cutlery, plates and bowls. Eating our microwave meals was difficult. Eating dessert out of a cup with a teaspoon was a disappointment."

"Shower didn't work, rooms run down and noise from the roads keeps you awake all night. Due to arriving after office hours there was no one to raise the shower issue to. Took video footage to share with owners but they were not interested when I complained in the morning told us there was nothing ..."
