"Eddie’s place is a perfect little oasis that captures the heart of NC charm. They are excellent hosts and very communicative throughout your stay. The space is immaculate and offers great views of the sound; it’s a perfect place to watch the sunset; the bikes and kayaks are also a big plus and the area is very safe and close to everything; I highly recommend a stay here for couples and hope to get back one day"

"The house was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was hot and welcoming. The kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of room to prepare meals and visit with family due to the open concept. We had a wonderful time. Thank you."

"Greatly enjoyed our stay here for a week in February. The house was home base for us as we visited the three nearby National Wildlife Refuges. House was very clean and stocked with all essentials. Clear communications with the host added to the positive experience. Was third winter we have visited Albemarle/Pamlico peninsula to view wildlife. When we return, we will definitely try and book this lodging again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, well-decorated, secluded, quiet, and serene. We felt like we were in our own world. The hosts were fantastic with communication and had one of the easiest and most smooth check-in/out processes that I have received. If you have the time, I would highly recommend a dinner at Miller’s Seafood and Steakhouse (most tender steak I have ever had) and Bob’s serves some wonderful breakfast foods with a great, comical atmosphere.
