Unfortunately, the Stayz automated listing summary parameters don't accomodate the detail you were seeking so I went to great lengths to accurately describe the bathroom configurations in the description as follows: King Bedroom: has an en-suite with a large shower and a separate bathtub, walk in wardrobe, air-conditioning and balcony with lake front views. Queen Bedroom (Upstairs): has a sofa, air-conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities, built in wardrobe. It is serviced by an adjacent bathroom and separate toilet. Queen Bedrooms (Downstairs): built in wardrobes, both rooms share a bathroom opposite with a separate toilet. I don't know what else I could do to make it any clearer.

The cleaners required an additional 2 manhours to bring our property to its original condition (excluding the damage) which resulted in us having to push back the next guests due in that afternoon. Over the 7.5 years we have owned the property we have hosted 338 groups, 20 of which are not welcome back and just 2, now 3, that were bad enough to actually incur damage charges. On Airbnb and Stayz, we consistently rate 5 stars. This guest group (comprising 3 adults and 6 children) were given an early check-in, but the previous guests hadn’t left the key in the lockbox as required. I responded to this guests’ call within the hour and they still had access prior to the standard 3pm check-in. These guests arrived on a Sunday and stayed 3 nights. Bins are collected by council early Tuesday morning but whilst these guests were in residence the bins were not emptied even though they were on the street. These guests had a trailer boat which may or may not have obstructed the garbage truck. The property was left in a very poor state. The main issue was a (very obvious) hole in a bedroom wall which appears to have been from a suitcase wheel. The cleaners who prepared the property are prepared to stand in court and swear that the hole in the wall was not there when they left at around 1pm. The cleaners, who arrived immediately following their stay, contacted me to report the hole and also stated there was plaster on the floor, further evidence that the damage was fresh. The cleaners went on to report that they have never seen a property so utterly disrespected and trashed over such a short period. One of the items was what appeared to be tanning fluid spilt on the ensuite granite benchtop, permanently staining it. A towel was found on the roof of the garage outside a bedroom. Linen was muddied and it appears bed pillows were used outside. Lifejackets and coat hangers strewn on the back lawn and on the floor, wet, in the garage, as opposed to hung up on the supplied hangers on the clothes line in the garage. Most of the property’s glass was filthy with what appeared to be Nutella smeared all over several windows. Popcorn was spread right through the sofas and food and rubbish left all over the property. The garage door manual release mechanism had been disengaged and all the remotes needed to be reprogrammed. The cleaners, in their report, wrote that “it appears they’ve just gone wild by the looks of it”. These guests were charged a total of $275 which, by any standard, is extremely lenient given the damage and extra cleaning time required.

Thanks Sharon, it must be noted that we provide a holiday house, not a hotel, and things like Chux, paper towel and tissues together with common pantry items such as glad wrap, condiments, sugar, sauces etc are provided as an added courtesy and what is provided is more than adequate for a weekend. The cleaner needed to spend an inordinate amount of time searching for pool balls that your children apparently seemed allowed to distribute freely amongst the downstairs area and a bean bag was destroyed.
