A modern cozy living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths condo unit. A loft type unit , guest will surely feel the comfort of city dwelling. Guests are allowed to cook. Restaurants, spa services, laundry and convenience stores are also available inside the residential complex.

The Living / dining area don t have air-con but we provide electric fan.
Each rooms are both air-conditioned with the following bed arrangements;
- Masters bedroom with toilet and bath double bed, writing table and floor to ceiling mirror. We also have cabinet in the room where guests can hang their clothes.
- Smaller bed room has 2 single beds and one bed with pullout bed.

Parking

Pay parking is available with the folowing rate (50php for 2hrs and succeeding is 10php, overnight parking from 11pm to 6am is fixed at 150php on top of your daily parkimg rate).
