Rooms was big and clean, food was also great and very convenient coz it’s close to the mall.

We were in the area visiting family and stayed for 6 days in a two bedroom suite. The suite was elegant and very spacious so we could entertain our many relatives who came over to visit. The hotel staff was polite and responsive whenever we needed anything from help with the TV set to arranging a dinner for about 40 members of our family in the dining room. Our travelling party was delighted by our experience with this hotel, and will stay again the next time we come to visit family in the area.

Excellent Stay at The Excelsior.
Friendly staff, especially the Asst. Gen Mgr. I even had a late check out as my flight was in the evening. Rooms were very spacious. Walking distance to a mall.

I commend the staff for excellent customer service. Thank you to all the staff. However, our family will not be staying at this hotel again. The bathroom sink and shower drains are clogged and not draining well. The door keys were not working. Twice I called it in before they fixed it. The food was not good. And small details that would normally be standard in a hotel you have to ask for like toiletries. No cofee or tea in room. You have to call in for someone to turn on the refrigerator. The whole property you can tell is trying to save money in every possible way. We did not have a positive experience at a very sad time as we were there for a death in the family. The staff are the onlye ones I can comment - thank you for being responsive. They did try to make it up by providing us free airport transportation and we appreciate that.

Did not live up to the hype!
First and last time we stay here. It’s located in a bad part of town, they sweep your car for explosives when you enter the parking lot, then they xray your luggage and you have to go through a metal detector. Crazy! Dinning is limited to a coffee shop from 10am till 7pm. Room is very very basic, one role of TP, 2 towels, no extras at all.

I recommend the Chef & his staff, whom he takes pride of providing good for the guests. I was really impress of the breakfast buffet (though not a lot of options) but still better to some of the hotels we’ve stay so far in Las Pinas. Also the 2 receptionists that took care of our check out process. They are both friendly and made our check out easy.
