Convenient, no-contact, check-in and check-out.
Property was clean when we entered.
Common courtesy to also leave it clean and organized.

Very unfriendliness, too much rules, so strict.
It's a waste of money spending there it's so pricey, cost like a billionaire, I don't recommend it, I rather stay in exclusive hotel in some 8 star hotel. This place they can reap you off double charges after you've been booked expected you to pay more extra.

The property was OK, not great. The room could have been cleaner. Also, the swimming pool is not included in the price and there was s a charge per person per day, even for the kids which was not listed in the property listing.

Do not book online! You will receive no communication except for automated chat bot messages.
We couldn’t contact property to arrange check-in after trying previous day and day of check-in. We used their Messenger and 2 contact mobile numbers. We even got sent post stay automated messages without getting to stay! No refund, no apologies.

My family didn’t even stayed as the agent cancelled my booking without informing me! Very bad experience! My family arrived from the cery early flight and no one accomodate them! My sister recieved a text message that they cancelled my booking without informing me at all and have to rush to look for another accommodation! My family flew from the province to Manila to attend my sisters dentistry oath taking, tired from the early flight arrived at sea residences and get a text message that they cancelled my booking without accomodating them was ridiculous! When I phoned the agent they are asking for more money in cash! Very obvious that they cancelled it in purpose to ask more money! So ashame on you all! What kind of business is that???

Premier Haven 7-day stay at Sea Residences
There was false advertisement about this tower. It said there was daily housekeeping, and there was none. We talk to the person that supposedly does housekeeping and he said he would show up, but he never did. The people in the lobby are security and a person to handle the door, they just direct yoou to a phone number to call. But, when you call the phone number we never got anybody to answer. We did find the person in the lobby one day who checked us in and we mentioned that we hadn't seen housekeeping and we needed some towels, the towels did show up in our room but no housekeeping was done. They have an interesting garbage pickup practice, they ring a bell in the hallway between 8 - 9pm which notifies you to bring your trash out. We had to ask about garbage pickup, we weren't told, and what is interesting there is something on the door that says if you put your garbage in the hall you will get a fine. There is also no phones in the room, we picked up a cheap local phone so we had communications. I had told the initial person when we were checking out, but he never showed up, the security guard just told me to leave the key in a slot that had our room number on it, you heard it right we only received one key for a two-bedroom unit that was for four people. We also purchased roach spray. The unit doesn't allow cooking anymore, that was unexpected. You need to be prepared to purchase some things to help you out, even including toilet paper, etc... The location was good.

The address on your website is wrong, so it took 2 taxi rides to get there. It's new, but with the cheapest outfitting money could buy. I never did get a hot shower even though I told them the problem. It's a big new building catering to Chinese tourists who just want a place to sleep.

The property is in a great location across from the SM Mall of Asia. It was a great convenience being able to walk to places to eat and shop. There are also restaurants on the ground floors around the property and a 24hr mini market. All the greatness stops there. The property manager failed for house keeping. We had no towels, soap, shampoo, or vanity kit. For the entire four night stay, the room was never serviced. There was also no response to our request to service the room. There was not much we can do to move because we had already paid in full. The buildings security guard was the one who helped us with our luggage. For amenities, everything had a fee for use such as the pool (200php per day per person). The free WiFi did not work and had the wrong password given.
I would not recommend this property to anyone. At ~$50 usd per night, we could have gone to a hotel instead of this studio apartment.

Greeted by tiny cockroaches all over the flat
I was greeted by tiny cockroaches crawling and flying all over the floor, bathroom, kitchen worktop, and bed. Aircon was dusty, made my nose drip all the time due to my dust allergy. Parking was a struggle. I paid P350 overnight at the nearby area because there was no more space in the designated space. The next day I got a parking at the designated space, I paid P140 for parking from 6pm to 2am.

Close to MOA. That's about it!
This condo has no usable kitchen where you can cook. There are microwave and electric hot water kettle, 2 sets of small cup and saucer and I think a piece of teaspoon. What a pity! It's pricey ($50) for a very basic accommodation. I could have spent a little more money at a hotel nearby where I can have hairdryer, toiletries, free coffee and extra pillows maybe. I chose condo because of kitchen. There should be disclaimer on the website what is included in the room.

Not worth the price I paid for. Room was not well maintained. Cabinets are falling apart. Bathroom not to standards. Bedrooms not to standards. I have booked different hotels/condotel in Manila which is less cheap but definitely more better and cleaner than this condotel. Will not recommend.....I booked Jr family room for 4 nights on this condotel but was placed on our first night in a not to standards small room without any toilet paper. I demanded a credit but they said they don't give any credit. I felt cheated. Expedia should give me credit since I paid full price for 4 nights.

It stunk as a hotel: no telephone, no closet or place to hang things, banging on wall during day, bathroom door broken, coffee?, no places to open suitcases, no bathmat, etc. etc.
Otherwise OK if sold or rented as a small, cheap, condominium.

Great location, bad everything else.
The only thing great about this place is the the location about a block away from the Mall of Asia and the super fast wifi. Otherwise...
There is no front desk, there is a lady that you have to call (the security guard had to look up the number and call her) and she takes about 30 to 45 minutes to check you in and if you paid ahead of time, you better bring your receipt because they're going to try to charge you again. When we finally got to the room, the lady said she'd be right back with the key but forgot and since there is no phone in the room (!?!) I had to go back down to the security guard to call her an hour later to bring the key. The beds we're hard as a rock and were stacked on top of old dirty mattresses so we had to check for bed bugs. I woke up every two hours from hip pain. The kitchen sink faucet was broken and I had to secure it to use it. The shower was not cleaned and the last persons shampoo and used soap (and hair) were still in the soap dish. The TV remotes were nasty and needed batteries and it took about 20 minutes to figure everything out (had to unplug the devices to restart them). We had to go to the store to buy coffee to make in the room (no big deal) but there was no utensils to stir it. All of the mirrors had finger prints. Will not stay here again.

Room for Improvement
No reception. Had to wait in the lobby for staff to come down and get paperworks done. Office is one unit at 15th floor. Unclean, untidy, smelly office. I reserved for one adult occupant but was given a room with one bed and one bunk bed, hence space too small. I was not informed beforehand. No closet to hang my clothes. Plates and cutlery locked in the cupboard. Was charged with 600php/night for amenities (cleaning the unit, trash but no one came to clean). However, maintenance staff is available within minutes when you need them.
