I checked in and found a used condom in the shower within 5 minutes of being in the room. I immediately checked out and booked a different hotel.

THEY GIVE MY FRIENDS A ROOM WHICH I DID NOT CHOOSE ON MY BOOKING ON FIRST DAY... i booked 2 bunk bed. But they put my family on DOUBLE DICK ROOM... so i complain it and call to change to the room which i book... if i did not complain my Guest/family which i book will stay on that room... next time please. If what guest booked please give them the right one.

Nice and quiet room, close to the VA to no need for taxis, the service crew remembered me from my last stay and made sure I was well cared for

The location was close to our destination. We were happy about that. Bank ATM was in the front of the Hotel and some places to eat. The first day I got there they gave me the wrong room that I had not ordered. The both rooms I had been given have a stench of cigarrete smell. The first room comfort room had poop on the seat cover. The second room I was given was much cleaner and it had better conditions. My wife was sneezing in all the rooms. Maybe it has to do with the cigarret smell or the lack of clean air conditioning? Regardless, the food service seemed clean and some of the food was tasty in my opinion. Especially the chopsuey, the best I have tasted in the Philippines for now. It is a must try. At the end of the trip I was being overcharged. Which let's me know that they have to improve in the room organisational system or unjust charges my some of the employees. Major malls and attractions are just minutes away by car. We would definitely go back because of the convenience of location. We believe they can be better and more attentive to things like cleaning. The customer service phone lady was attentive and kind and helpful to make us feel better in the Hotel. See you next time.

I tried to cancel but the workers were not helpful with orbitz. So we went there and omg.. Not a family hotel.. We attempted to switch rooms... That room was dirty. This is were you take hookers! Seriously mirrors on ceiling. 3 hr 6hr 12 and 24hr rates. I left and was told they would refund but playing games apparently

WARNING!

We didn't know what kind of place this was when we booked it. When we got there we realized this was a place where people bring prostitudes. It had porn on the tv and a price list to rent the room per hour. It was disgusting to think about what people usually do in that bed your about to sleep in. But the worse thing was that you could here people having intercourse in the other rooms. The whole atmosphere were just really uncomfortable, especially as two young females. We only stayed because it was late and left really quick the next morning. Do your self a favor and don't stay here!

It was Ok

Cleanliness - The motel is a drive-in hotel/motel. Every building as a garage the you can park your car. The room itself, while bare it was clean. Quality of Service - The staff is friendly. I never interact with them much. But they did manage to help fix their Wi-fi, since we need it at the time. Other than that, they're good. Also, if you are going to leave the area they won't be giving your keys to your room. You'll have to tell them that you are leaving and if you have any valuables that is too important to lose, just give it to them and it will be stored in the office. Hotel Amenities - You get 2 towels; a thin soap that you can only use once; two toothbrushes and toothpaste. All rooms are air-conditioned and pretty much bare bones. You can order food - which is always designed for 2 people - if you don't want to go out and eat. Hotel Location - The place is near MoA. A fitting place for us in our end. But there's no Jeep that will direct you to SMX so you have to walk far or ride 2 jeeps. Taxi / Uber / Grabcar is always an option. As for the hotel location itself, it's not Makati / BGC so don't expect anyting fancy. There's a convenience store nearby and a Pharmacy. There are fastfood joints nearby in case you want you prefer other foods. The place is seedy, but I feel relatively safe. Though I wouldn't suggest going here if your a woman and alone.
