"So delicious breakfast with a nice view of the Intramuros wall & city. Stunning sunset at the top deck restaurant although not all menu dishes available on weekends. Within walking distance of Intramuros highlights including Fort Santiago. Very nice, kind and helpful staff like John; can't remember everyone names. Beware that some rooms don't have a window in case it's specified once you have booked."

"Staff is friendly and I have stayed here before but this visit was disappointing. They booked me in a room near the service elevators with staff making all kinds of noise and there is no hot water. I called for room service for hours but nobody answers the phone. My last day upon check out I inquired at the reataurant why no one answered for room service. Their reply was that I needed to press 6 from my room phone but in my room the phone is clearly marked 4 for room service. Anyways their...

"The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders."

"nice and spacious room. the hotel is located at two minutes walking distance from a shopping mall with cafes and restaurants. not a quiet area as there are bars what make the rooms a bit noisy. anyway I recommend this hotel. the price you pay correspond with the quality you receive. very kind and helpful staff"

"Special thank you to the receptionists and the guard, who helped me many times with the door. I appreciate all actions. Room was specious, clean and AC working well. I'd like to come back :)"
