"I booked this stay for my mom, and unfortunately, her check-in experience was frustrating. When she arrived, the front desk told her there was no room available and asked if she had been in contact with the host — which she hadn’t, since I had made the booking. She had to call me, and only after some time did the staff realize they had missed an email from the host with all the check-in details, sent a month prior. "Internet was down for 1 day and it came back on the following day. Clean room but staff forgot to replenish the toilet paper. I had to purchase toilet tissue."

"Todo el.personal del hotel es de nota alta (notable),pero la.gerencia del.hotel tiene que solventar cosas relacionadas con la.organizacion. El fin de semana subes a desayunar y el resturante es pequeño para la apacidad de clientes que hay( sabado y domingo tienes que gacer cola para desayunar). Y para lo que pagas por noche deberia haber aguas pequeñas en la habitacion ,nonla garrafa que ponen de 2 litros . A parte no ponen toallas de mano si no lo solicitas solo ponen de vaño."

"We had a wonderful stay, the host went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, had amazing views of the city, the airconditioner worked great, all usual amanities provided along with extras like shampoo and soap,it was also close to 3 major shopping centres, and not far from the airports.I would highly recomment this condo to anyone. And will definately rebook on our next vacation to the Philippines. "
