"This was a beautiful and peaceful hotel with the most amazing view of Mt Etna. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to assist us in all our needs. We had all our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant, and they were excellent. We only wish the pool had longer opening hours, as we were not able to use it while we were out touring during the day."

"Tutto ok "

"Our stay at Shalai was outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from a genuinely friendly and professional team. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic mansion on a quiet street, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Check-in was effortless. Our online check-in was fully recognized, so there was no need to repeat the process. No credit card was requested and payment was deferred until checkout, which was a pleasant surprise. "We loved this B&B. It's a great location for visiting Mt. Etna and the property is very pretty with a lot of trees and outdoor space. It is a large house with a few large, comfortable rooms so you do get to cross paths with fellow guests, which we really enjoy. Best of all is the hospitality of the hosts, Vincenze and Daniella. They were so welcoming and friendly and all of their recommendations for food and activities were excellent. It's a small town but easy to get to everything. Breakfast...

"This place was outstanding. Our hostesses were beyond helpful and kind. If I could give them 100 stars I would. The views from the patio where we had breakfast were absolutely breathtaking."
