"A lovely home and property in rural Potter County -- ideal location between Cherry Springs and the PA Grand Canyon. Best to plan your arrival before dark to navigate to property. "This is a very nice house and the rooms are all nice size and comfortable. We went with another couple and very much enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. The cleanliness could have been better but wasn't bad by any means. The shower curtains had orange stuff at the bottom and other small things we suspect. The host was great and responded to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again"

"Our family had a wonderful stay! Joe was very accommodating and worked with us to make our stay the best possible! He even helped us out when we had trouble with the TV on out first night. The beds were very comfortable. I was so glad they were not box spring mattresses. This place is so much prettier in person. It snowed the whole time we were there & everything was covered in ice.
