"Apartments are in fron of the Manukau Bus Station, but are incredibly quiet. There is a park in front if you want to take a walk or jog.Two bedroom apartment is good sized, good complete kitchen with oven, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster.. Bathroom is OK. Now for the bad part. Beds are small (not queen, double size), mattress is poor (had to buy a mattresss topper to stay 10 days) Air conditioning is a portable unit, very noisy and irritating. "Loved this place, was very quiet and relaxing with the nice swimming area ( river ) for the kids . Lovely Hosts . The accommodation was nice , I stayed in the one bedroom cottage , it had everything we needed . Will definitely go back and I would recommend this place to friends and family . Older style accommodation but cosy and well equipped 👌. "

"Beautiful location, house had everything we needed. The fire place is such a bonus and though the house was warm and cosy with out it.The drive way is a little scary but with confidence and caution can be managed. Other than that our stay was perfect.The view is amazing in any weather, rain or sun shine.Thanks for having us and help make our holiday great."

"My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. "

"From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport. Thanks for a great stay and looking after me so well "

"We like this house - it has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The showers were really good. The beds comfy enough - although some of our group found they needed another blanket. It is super clean. You need a degree to work out the stove & micowave but between us we figured it out.Lots of parking and easy to find.Quiet enough for Auckland.The house needs some maintenance - door bars need replacing in toilet and top of stairs.One sliding door to bedroom was off the rails and would not open close...
