The Porto Real Suites Resort condominium is located on Costa Verde, in Ilha Grande Bay, and at Km454 of Rio-Santos highway (BR 101), and is between Conceição de Jacareí and Mangaratiba - RJ beaches. In the condominium marina and Conceição de Jacareí beach there are boat trips with daily departures to Ilha Grande (about 20 minutes) * are not included in the daily rate

The condominium has many recreational areas included in the rental (subject to availability and weather conditions).
Beaches, bars and restaurants inside the condominium, Beach and pool barbecues (subject to reservation availability), plus gourmet space, Club and Nightclub, total of 4 pools for children and adults, Oceanic beach pool with ornamental fish and turtle Sauna, Steam and Sauna (General Club and Suite Club), 2 Kids Spaces, 2 Gyms, Games Room (ping pong, snooker, geek), Movie Theater with Kids and Adult Programming, Children's Playground (open area with lawn and toys), multi-sport court (tennis, basketball, soccer and volleyball), skate park, free transportation within the condominium (scheduled times) and emergency care post for first aid.

* This rate does not include marina services, bed linen, table and bath (must be taken as well as other personal items)

* ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Apartment very close to the Royal Porto club suites with sea view (room) and broadband internet access inside the apartment (Wi-Fi) and in the clubs (subject to availability of the operator);
- Has 01 parking space in the building (visitors have a place determined by the condominium);
- The apartment has accommodation for 06 guests according to the rules of the condominium (2 single beds and 2 spare mattresses with protective covers totaling 6 accommodations and 1 queen size bed with protective cover and 8 pillows)
* We do not provide linens
- Balcony overlooking the sea and the native green forest and rooms with morning sun;
- 1 suite with queen size bed and private bathroom, air conditioning and TV 28 "
- 1 suite with two single bunk beds and 2 spare mattresses with protective cover and reversible bathroom, air conditioning and 20 "TV
- Living room with super comfortable sofa, 32 "TV with closed channels (Sky)
- American kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, iron, sandwich maker and coffee maker.
