Above and Beyond My Expections

A perfect holiday for our family of 10 including 3 generations. The location, the house, the pool, the service were all outstanding. This rental is by far, the best I have stayed in. Great for a large family with more than enough room. Everything was perfect.

Familienurlaub

Sehr schönes Anwesen, alles entspricht den Angaben; die Einrichtung möchte ich als gut, aber keineswegs als luxeriös bezeichnen. Das Anwesen kann in der Tat mit 12-13 Personen bewohnt werden. Angebot an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Haus am See

Sehr gepflegte Grünanlage und sauberer Pool. Das Haus bietet viel Platz. Der Blick über den See von der Terrasse aus ist unbeschreiblich schön. Idealer Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden! Wenn die Klimaanlage startet, ist an allen Heizkörpern viel Kondenswasser. Es sollte auch ein technischer Check erfolgen vor der Übergabe. Bei unserer Ankunft funktionierten die Klimaanlage und Klingel nicht.

Urlaub mit 3 Familien

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt und gut zu nutzen. Alles was gebraucht wird ist vorhanden. In unserer Ferienzeit war das Wetter durchwachsen und die Temperatur im Haus top. Bei heißen Temperaturen im Sommer kann es sehr warm werden da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Deckenventilatoren sind in allen Zimmern vorhanden! Bei Problemen wurde umgehend geholfen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Novella!! Die Bäder entsprechen nicht wirklich der Luxusklasse und sollten renoviert werden. Die Stromversorgung ist nicht ganz so optimal wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte.

The location is absolutely amazing. Direct lake access and the beautiful garden, plus walkable to restaurants, made the holiday for us. The villa itself is huge and comfortable, if a bit dated. Service from Novella excellent, always very quick to respond to my messages. We would come back. Some more lighting in the main living room - another lamp would help. More mugs and crockery. A Bluetooth speaker. Hooks on the back of doors to hang up towels. There needs to be more clear work surface in the main kitchen - there is no space to prepare food for a large group. If all the appliances could be moved (coffee machines, ice maker) to a shelf, that would help. The hob didn’t work very well - only one ring could heat up at a time. The bathrooms are quite dated now and would benefit from refurbishment. But none of these things were a huge problem.

A fantastic villa for a large group!

We were a group of 9adults who stayed for a week and only wish it could have been longer! Loved the way the house was large enough that there were different areas where people could chill out on their own if they wanted. The pool was great and the location right on the lake was stunning! We paddle boarded over to rabbit island, walked to the top of a nearby viewpoint and there were a couple of restaurants within walking distance, though I feel you would need a car as the villa is a little far away from food shops. I was a little wary going as when I paid using Revolut, the app was telling me the payment was a scam, but thankfully not! Novella was always contactable and was even helpful when our luggage was lost on the way over. The kitchen and some of the bedrooms were a little older looking than I thought it would be, but the main living areas and the outdoor areas are absolutely stunning! We used the bbq a couple of times too. We would return in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great trip! All we could think of was that it would be nice to have a few blankets/throws so we could be cosy when sitting outside in the late evening. Also, if you could find a way to let Revolut know the transfer payment isn’t a scam, that would be great too! Not sure if you can!

Dobre warunki dla dużej rodziny zgodne z ofertą . Sprzątanie stanowczo za rzadko ( tylko raz na dwa tygodnie ) powinno być co najmniej co 4 dni . Wymiana ręczników tylko raz na dwa tygodnie a powinno być co 4 dni tym bardziej że pralka uszkodzona ! Basen po nocy pełen obchodów zwierzęcych !!! Oświetlenie terenu do poprawy - jedna lampa w basenie i 1 lampa przy drzewie !! Przy tak wysokiej cenie za wille jakosc czystości i obsługi dość niska !!

Tolle Villa mit viel Privatsphäre

Alles :-) Die Klimaanlage hat die ersten 4 Nächte nicht funktioniert. Es kam zwar jeden Tag ein Service-Monteur, aber erst beim 4. Anlauf konnte das Problem behoben werden. Das war insbesondere in den Schlafzimmern mit Kindern sehr ärgerlich. Beim Zugang zum See könnte man die Hecke mehr zurückschneiden. Es ist ein tolles Asset, dass man direkten Seezugang hat, der Weg dahin dürfte ein bisschen breiter sein. Bemerkung Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Ich hatte ursprünglich den Annex auch noch dazu. Dann wäre der Preis ok. - so hatten wir 2 Zimmer und 1 Bad/Küche weniger, der Preis blieb derselbe.

Sommerfreuden

Zum dritten Mal haben wir mit 4 erwachsenen Kindern, 4 Schwiegerkindern und mittlerweile 5 Enkeln eine wunderbare Sommerwoche in der Villa Elena verbracht. Die Lage ist umwerfend, das Haus verfügt über richtig viel Platz, war mal sehr schick, mittlerweile müsste man hie und da Reparaturen durchführen -Bäder! Insgesamt dennoch sehr schön, der Pool ist super gepflegt, ebenso der riesige Garten. Zum See muss man etwas über die Steine kraxeln aber toll, dass man Seezugang hat. Der Empfang durch Novella Battani von Holiday Garda ist kompetent und herzlich und eventuell fehlendes Equipment wird gleich besorgt. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Sommerwoche für die ganze Familie und wir haben bereits fürs nächste Jahr gebucht. Vielen Dank! Spülmaschine erneuern, im Masterbad rinnt Wasser aus dem WC am Boden, Masterbedroom hat kein Mückengitter mehr, Grill zu klein für 15 Leute. Gläser haben wir selbst gekauft und in den Schrank geräumt.

Die Größe und Lage der Villa waren hervorragend. Auch der Pool und Garten waren sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Villa war ideal. Der Zugang zum See könnte etwas zugehfreundlicher gestaltet werden. Eine Info über die defekte untere Schublade der Spülmaschine vor ab wäre hilfreich gewesen.

We liked the house which is separated in three different areas. Our kids and their friends stayed in one part while the partners stayed in the other. The villa has a great, large and well managed garden with old olive trees . It is completely fenced which was perfect for our two dogs. The direct lake access is the icing on the cake - nothing better than to start from the property with your own SUP in the morning. We will certainly be back.

Sommerfreuden in Manerba

Als große Familie mit 10 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern haben wir eine heiße Sommerwoche in der Villa Elena genossen. Genug Platz für alle, einst mit Geschmack und Stil eingerichtet, manches mittlerweile Dank Vermietung in die Jahre gekommen - Küche. Das Grundstück liegt wundervoll direkt am See, bietet absolute Privatsphäre, der Pool ist groß und verfügt über ausreichend Liegestühle, der Olivengarten bietet Raum zum Spielen und Laufen für Kinder. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Auch auf der Terrasse ausreichend Platz für viele Leute. Eine wundervolle Woche für Jung und Alt. AC ging nicht - auch nach Reparatur nur einen Tag. Wir vermissten einen großen Topf in der Küche. In der Küche im Nebenbau ist zwar ein neuer Herd eingebaut aber mit Induktion, da gibt es nur zwei kleine Töpfe. Für viele Gäste wären mehrere große Schüsseln schön und auch mehr Weingläser und ein großes Schneidebrett. Wir mussten in der Küche sehr jonglieren um jeden Tag Essen für 13 Leute raus zu bringen. Mückenschutzgitter im Schlafzimmer im Nebenbau defekt. Die Spülmaschine läuft nicht gut, der untere Wagen läuft schlecht auf Korken und die Maschine spült nicht sauber. Der Gasgrill ist durch gerostet, defekt und gefährlich.

Lake side joy

Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. Keeping up with the different rubbish collections was hard and could really do with some proper big bins to store various types of rubbish till bin day. We used the chef service a couple of nights which was fabulous - two lovely ladies who did a great job. Overall a lovely holiday.

Tolles Haus mit riesigem Garten, aber teils renovierungsbedürftig

Die Buchung und Abwicklung hat perfekt geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und durch die Trennung in 3 Wohnungen hat man, wenn man mit mehreren Familien anreist, immer etwas Privatsphäre. Das Wohnzimmer in der Hauptwohnung ist riesig und bietet viel Platz für alle. Mit 13 Leuten und Hund sind wir dort super zurechtgekommen, es war auch immer genug Geschirr usw. da. Der Garten ist toll, komplett eingezäunt, direkt am See, ausgestattet mit vielen gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Autos können auf dem Hof und unter dem Dach sicher geparkt werden. Anzumerken ist, dass der Fitnessbereich nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Außerdem sind die Möbel im Haus teils alt und besonders die Matratzen teils sehr platt gelegen. In einigen Räumen hatten wir sehr viele verschiedene Insekten, was in älteren Häusern in der Region ja aber auch normal ist. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber als wir ankamen. Die meisten Innentüren (auch zu den Bädern) kann man nicht abschließen, was für uns nicht schlimm war, für andere aber ein wichtiger Hinweis sein könnte. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit der Heizung, jedoch hat Novella sich immer schnell darum gekümmert und war sehr kulant. Die Lage des Hauses ist eher ruhig, der Hafen ist klein. Es lohnt sich zu Fuß den Rocca di Manerba zu erklimmen. Nach Sirmione fährt man ca. 1 Stunde. Insgesamt hatten wir - auch dank des Hauses - einen ganz tollen, entspannten Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie.

alles war super der Service erstklassig

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in dem Haus und alle waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, wenn auch der Zugang in den Gardasee ein wenig schwierig war. Auch der Pool war super und immer top gepflegt, es machte allen Spaß dort zu schwimmen und toben. Dieses Haus kann man ohne bedenken weiter empfehlen, auch wenn es hier und dort einige Abnutzungserscheinungen aufweist.

Well functioning property for us (10 adults+2 kids) .

The property was well equipped, for example playtools for children for the pool, a brandnew bbq device, big garden and the possibility to also swim in the lake. Living/diningroom large enough and the design touch is nice. The scenery was marvellous. The position is optimal for tours with cars to the whole Lago area and surroundings. The wifi fuctioned not in the start for 20% of the handies but after rebooting it was ok. In the headkitchen, when using the oven and the dishwasher at the same time the fuse was triggered. Because the fuse was an automatic one it was possible to put it on after a while. Some ant-problems we experienced, also in the head-kitchen A drying rack for the towels and swimming suits would be a good equipment A big thanks to Christina Ayler and Novella Battani for their professional , promt and friendly managing of upcoming questions during all weekdays!
