The residence is situated on the western shore of Lake Garda in the beautiful town of Moniga del Garda. It is not far from the lake, making it ideal for families with young children. A playground ensures plenty of fun for the little ones. Thanks to the great entertainment program for older children and adults, the tennis court, the soccer field, and bike rentals, there’s certainly no chance of getting bored on vacation. The complex features a large, beautifully designed pool and a children’s pool. Surrounding the pool area, a spacious green space invites you to rest and relax. The resort also features a restaurant, a mini-market, a barbecue area, and coin-operated laundry machines. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.<br>The spacious three-room apartment, Type D3 Sous-Terrain, is located on the lower first floor and accommodates 6 people (an additional guest—a baby under 2 years old in a travel crib—is possible upon request). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living area, a sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots. Also in the living area is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with dishes, cutlery, pots, a gas stove, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet. The partially covered patio with a table and chairs, a patio umbrella, and 3 lounge chairs invites you to relax comfortably while the children play by the pool or on the playground. Satellite TV is available. Although there is no air conditioning, the location in the basement ensures pleasant temperatures. Barbecuing is permitted at the public barbecue area. The drive from the Italian border takes approximately 2 hours. Upon request, breakfast or half-board can also be booked on-site.
