잠시거쳐가는곳으로는 괜찮습니다

우선 근접에 있는 인프라는 좋았지만 2층구조로 되어있어 더움 스페어 키 없음 카드키하나 추가는 디포짓 주고 추가가능 에어컨 벽걸이라 시끄러움 주변에 음식점 많음 나이트 있음 단ᆢ미니바없음 물 필요하면 홀에서 떠와야함

체크인 시간전에 입실이 준비되였던 것 같은데 체크인 시간이 되여도 손님을 기다리게 함 도로변이라 야간에 소음이 다소 있으며, 직원들 표정이 어두우며, 손님에 대한 인사도 할줄 모름.

Very nice hotel

Stayed there for 6 days. Very nice hotel but the breakfast could be more continental. Missed eggs & bacon. Close to Park Mall shopping center. Easy to get taxi from there. Near restaurants too.

Das Hotel ist für Asiatische Verhältnisse sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, die lage ist gut da unweit vom Hafen. Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Eine Zimmerbar ist vorhanden allerdings nicht gefüllt und stromlos, das Frühstück ist für Europäer nicht zu empfehlen, die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum tropfte im Januar, jetzt im April lief es wie ein Wasserfall, lediglich ein Schild "rutschgefahr" wurde aufgestellt und ein teil des raumes war nicht nutzbar so das einige Gäste draußen frühstückten, Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war im Gegensatz zum übrigen Personal sehr unwillig.

It's a great place to stay ,good value , close to everything ,Parkmall is straight across the road , the staff are wonderful. All they need to do is put proper little refrigerators in the rooms . Thanks .

値段の割りいいほてる。

モールが真下と向にあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで親しみやすく話してきます。海までは、少し遠いですが、買い物と食事するなら、便利です。部屋は、シャワーの水の出方は、日本と変わらず、少しぬるいです。部屋の中に金庫あります。部屋はかなり、掃除が行き届ききれいです。

Die lage am City Times Quare ist optimal, das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, Die Zimmerbaar wird leider nicht gefüllt, Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer hätten kleinere Reparaturen nötig, Das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt. Ich werde im Juni wieder dort buchen.

Adequate hotel in cebu city

Room is big and spacious. Simple furniture and lack of decor. No restaurant onsite. Next to Time Square mall and lots of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Please don’t be confused with location of Big Hotel which is less than 5 mins walk distance.

This hotel is very close to a mall and Time Square. If you are a person who loves to go out at night and drink, Time Square 1&2 is open until 12midnight.

立地と部屋の広さはいいけど、残念な部分が多かったです。

立地は安全で便利。部屋もぱっと見の印象は広くてきれいでしたが……。私の部屋だけでなく、一緒に泊まった仲間の部屋もゴキブリが数回出現。またシャワーのお湯がぬるく（フロントにクレーム入れると翌日から大丈夫になりましたが）、タオルもボロボロ。部屋置きのミネラルウオーターも初日のみしか無くて、など。 あまりいい印象はなかったです。 仕事で利用したので寝るだけではありましたが、もう少し改善してくれたらリピーターも増えると思います。 立地も良くて便利なのに、ちょっと残念。

BIG Hotel is decieving!!!

no hand towel, toilet seat is broken, room smells seawage, windows not double glaze you can hear cars/motorcycles/trucks honking & other guests talking outside, value for money? DEFINETELY NOT!

Wifi is bad

The wifi is not working, and i have to use my 4G. Telecom is not receiving and unable to use 4G. It is just like a bullet room where no signal can really travel within the room. Bad connection and I have to come out of the room just to use my computer.

友人と2泊しました｡ 上手く予約が出来ていなかったのかチェックインに多少時間を要しましたが､親切に対応して下さいました｡ デポジットをクレカで支払おうとしたら通信エラーで使えなかったので､現金は多めに用意された方がいいと思います｡ お部屋の広さは十分で､お掃除やタオル､アメニティーの補充､排水も問題なかったです｡ ただ､フィリピンの方は髪は自然乾燥のようで､ドライヤーがなかったです｡ 必要な方は海外の電圧に耐えられるドライヤーを持参されるようにしてください｡ また､特に困ることもなかったですが､レースカーテンもなかったです｡ ホテルの周りには中型のモール､コンビニ､レストラン､バーなどもあるので色々と便利でした｡ しかし､人が集まる場所なので､深夜までかなり大きな歌声が聞こえてきました｡ 気になる方は別のホテルを検討してください｡ 私たちは宿泊費を安く抑えて､日中のお出かけやアクティビティにお金を回したかったので､この価格なら多少の不便や騒音は特に問題なかったです｡ 立地やスタッフの皆さんの感じの良さから私はリピートしたいです｡

金曜日夜は外部のライブ音などが深夜まで聞こえた。シャワーは水圧はまずまず、一応温水が出るが体感として37~38°程度以上の温水は出なかった…WiFiはポケットwifiを持参。 清掃やフロント対応がいいが、ハード面でのマイナス。

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IN CEBU CITY AREA

This hotel is convenient to all when you are staying in Cebu City area. Clean, reasonable, comfortable, big room, with coffee maker. surrounded by restaurant and bar. highly recommended.

Wifi was 5 bars, but didn't work.

I love the location of the hotel. You can always get a taxi and if you don't want to go out in the rain, you don't have too. There are many restaurants and bars including the LIV disco to walk to. But, the wifi didn't work. I got 5 bars, but still it didn't work. Instead I used my GF hotspot instead. If wifi is critical and you don't have a hot spot, then maybe you shouldn't stay here. Trying to book the room you want is difficult. Management plays some game to restrict the room on hotels.com. I am not sure what the goal is for this, but I didn't stay that long this time as I wanted a bigger room with a window and not have to pay a premium price.

Big hotel but small on any comfort.

Hotel staff rude not helpful. Comfort & privacy none you could hear what ever the other guest where doing I mean everything.!!! WFI never working. Dinning the food was cold. Tables not cleaned. If the staff have a problem with Filipino women being married to westerners keep to them selfs have respect for nationalities not matter. As we all are guest in the hotel Equality everybody is equal in my eyes. Big hotel small minded staff....!!! Management needs to take hold & teach there staff respect ..!!!!!!!!!!!!'
