"Clean "

"Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. "Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service."

Además de noche se encendía un motor que hacía ruido por todo el hotel y no se podía descansar bien, ya que molestaba bastante. El desayuno ni bien ni mal."

" The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. "

"This hotel is in a good location. But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. We finally had tl travel in person back to the hotel to request for the refund back in physical Myanmar kyat instead of an electronic bank transfer. Furthermore the...
