MASTER BEDROOM:



Our master bedroom contains Small Double Bed Clothes Rail, fresh linen and sheets. You’ll be well rested to enjoy your time in Manchester.



SECOND BEDROOM:



Our second bedroom also contains a Small double bed, storage space, fresh linen and sheets.



LIVING ROOM:



Our living room contains a sofabed, ottoman storage and a brand new dining table that can accommodate 4.

We also have a new large smart TV with all the apps you will need to unwind.



KITCHEN & DINING AREA:



Our bijoux Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect from an apartment.



You can also treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.



GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:



We provide the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, ideal for those on extended trips. Families with younger children will appreciate the inclusion of a travel cot (available upon request & please bring your own sheets), as well as children's plates and cutlery. We warmly welcome longer term bookings.



Guest will receive a 13% discount for stays over 1 week.

Guest will receive a 20% discount for 1 month stays or more.



PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:



For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps.



Additionally, a travel cot and High Chair is available; kindly let us know in advance if you require one.



GOOD TO KNOW:



You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime using a lockbox which is conveniently located at the property.

- Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.



- Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you).

There is no parking space with this apartment. Guests can enjoy the convenience of having various affordable parking options nearby.

🛋 Sofa Bed Linen Fee – If you’d like to use the sofa bed, there is a small linen fee of £14.50. This covers the extra laundry and housekeeping required to prepare it.



⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability, we can offer early arrivals or later departures at £20 per hour. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team.



👶 Family Pack – Travelling with children? We can provide a high chair and travel cot (please bring your own sheets) for £19.95 per stay.
